Since joining the company in 2016, Mr. Salajegheh has taken charge of the multimillion-dollar design and renovation of various properties. He previously served throughout much of his career at Shahraz Part Consulting Engineering in Kerman, Iran. First joining as a supervisor in 2008, he ascended to roles of increasing responsibility, including as a project manager, during which time he organized human resources and trained new employees, and the chairman of the board of directors between 2010 and 2013. Prior to his time at Shahraz, Mr. Salajegheh availed himself as an assistant supervisor at PirRaz Consulting Planners from 2007 to 2008, having begun his career as a project engineer for FazaRaz Consulting Engineering in 2005.

Long driven by a passion for creating transformative spaces and making a positive impact on those around him, Mr. Salajegheh studied civil engineering at Islamic Azad University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science, with honors, in 2008. Following this accomplishment, he received a Master of Science in civil engineering and structural design at the Graduate University of Advanced Technology, with honors, in 2012. Embracing continuous learning as a watchword in his career journey, he subsequently undertook coursework in civil engineering management at the University of Dayton.

To remain aware of developments in his field, Mr. Salajegheh has been a member of several regional professional organizations, including the Iranian Society of Consulting Engineers and the Iran Construction Engineering Organization.
