CELINA, TX, March 13, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Valerie J Carter, Founder and Director, has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Mrs. Valerie Carter has distinguished herself as the founder and director of Rescued Redeemed Transformed Ministries, a faith-based nonprofit she established in 2023. Through this organization, she has dedicated her expertise to trauma recovery and healing for survivors of human trafficking, sex exploitation and veterans with post-traumatic stress disorder. Under her leadership, RRT Ministries operates globally, providing one-on-one Zoom sessions and organizing three-day retreats known as "The Great Exchange." The ministry serves 12 to 15 clients each week and is supported by a team of 16 volunteers who contribute their lived experience to the healing process.

Valerie's approach centers on teaching healthy relationships, building trust and equipping survivors with job skills and people skills to help them become productive members of society. Her work is grounded in Christian faith and the conviction that a healed community can foster healing in others. She manages all aspects of the ministry, including conducting weekly sessions, leading Bible studies, facilitating retreats and overseeing volunteer operations. Her most significant achievement involved guiding a severely suicidal male client in Europe through a transformative healing journey. By 2026, this individual not only overcame his crisis but also joined her team as an active participant in child rescue operations abroad, exemplifying the ministry's mission to turn victims into empowered advocates.

In addition to her work with RRT Ministries, Valerie has been recognized as a guest speaker at women's enlightenment seminars and retreats. She was featured in Shout Out DFW in 2025 for her impactful contributions to trauma recovery and advocacy for trafficking survivors.

Valerie is a licensed pastor, which underpins her commitment to faith-driven service. Her journey into trauma recovery began at age 15 when individuals naturally sought her guidance during times of crisis or abuse. A pivotal moment in her life occurred when her own sibling was trafficked and never rescued, fueling her resolve to support survivors in building healthy relationships and acquiring essential life skills. From 2019 to 2022, Valerie worked as a special education aide before dedicating two decades to being a stay-at-home mother while continuing her volunteer efforts with traumatized individuals. In 2023, she formalized her lifelong calling by founding RRT Ministries as a registered nonprofit organization.

Overall, Valerie attributes her success to her relationship with Jesus Christ and the strong sense of community she experienced growing up in the church. Her faith has enabled her to extend compassion and forgiveness even toward those who have harmed her, including multiple abusers from her past. She intentionally named her ministry to focus on others rather than herself, believing that healed individuals are uniquely positioned to help others heal.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Valerie serves as a mentor with other ministries, further demonstrating her commitment to supporting vulnerable populations through mentorship and advocacy. In her free time, she enjoys off-roading, engaging in arts and crafts, traveling and serving others in various capacities. She is also devoted to her family and finds fulfillment in nurturing meaningful relationships with loved ones.

In the upcoming years, Valerie intends to expand the reach of RRT Ministries globally by increasing speaking engagements—particularly for women—and guiding group healing journeys. She plans to establish a nonprofit restaurant that will function both as a community gathering space offering farm-to-table catering and fair wages and as a job-training center for individuals exiting human trafficking. All profits from this venture will be directed toward supporting survivors and funding rescue operations internationally. Mrs. Valerie Carter remains steadfast in her mission to share the love of Jesus Christ with those she serves while helping them discover their true identity and purpose through healing, compassion and joy.
