As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Marked by more than two decades of distinguished service to his country, Mr. Ambroise has built an accomplished career within the United States Army and related defense organizations. Since 2024, he has served as a test officer / operations project manager for Integrated Fire Test Campaign (IFTC25) for Defense Fires Deputy Directorate (DFDD) formerly known Air and Missile Defense Test Directorate (AMDTD) of Operational Evaluation Command (OEC).

Managing a team of approximately 45 personnel and a budget of nearly $20 million, Mr. Ambroise has been pivotal in overseeing the rigorous testing and evaluation of military equipment to ensure it meets operational requirements for soldiers in the field. Through the duration of his test, he oversaw 914 personnel spread across various sites. His responsibilities include coordinating with multiple entities within the military and the U.S. Department of Defense to deliver essential equipment to service members as well as increasing the accuracy and realism of key testing events to meet real-world operational needs.

Prior to assuming his current roles, Mr. Ambroise was a senior air and missile defense advisor for the U.S. Military Training Mission (USMTM) from 2023 to 2024, during which he consulted with foreign military forces on effective air defense operations and standing their counter unmanned aerial center of excellence. From 2020 to 2023, he held the position of senior air and missile defense operations officer serving in multiple roles with the 32d Army Air and Missile Defense Command (AAMDC).

Gained valuable international experience throughout his military journey, Mr. Ambroise served as both detachment commander and senior air and missile defense advisor with the U.S. Army Security Assistance Training Management Organization (USATMO) in Taipei, Taiwan, from 2019 to 2020, as well as sensor operations manager at NATO Headquarters Air Command in Ramstein, Germany, from 2017 to 2019.

He has also collaborated with educational staff in eastern province of Saudi Arabia to lead training sessions and initiatives that enhanced operational readiness. As a test officer, he was deeply involved in developing the budget, staying in constant communications with all entities and ensuring all milestones are met as the system undergoes comprehensive evaluation before deployment.

Mr. Ambroise's steadfast dedication to excellence is reflected in the numerous honors he has received throughout his career, including the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, five Meritorious Service Medals, the Joint Commendation Medal, four Army Commendation Medals, eight Overseas Service Ribbons, and others.

He has also contributed to scholarly advancements with his publication "Post CMP Cleaning of Thermal Oxide Wafers," which was presented at the first annual Symposium on Undergraduate Research Experiences (SURE).

Born and raised in southern Haiti in 1974, Mr. Ambroise spent his formative years there until the age of 14. Upon immigrating to Brooklyn, New York, he learned English as a ninth-grade student at Boys and Girls High School. After earning a high school regents diploma, he went on to pursue higher education through a three-two engineering program; he ultimately obtained a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Clarkson University in Upstate New York at Potsdam, a Bachelor of Arts in physics from the State University of New York at Geneseo and a Master of Arts in leadership and management from Webster University.

Reflecting on his storied journey to date, Mr. Ambroise credits both his academic achievements and professional growth to the steadfast love and support of his family as well as the mentorship provided by outstanding military leaders throughout his career.

Happily married and the proud father of two daughters and one son, Mr. Ambroise enjoys running and continues to expand his horizons by bettering his language skills in Creole, French, Spanish, and German through Duolingo. Following the completion of his military service, he intends to pursue a career in project management while providing mentorship to his fellow service members and supporting his children through their college education.
