SEATAC, WA, March 17, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Gloria Domingos Romack, Esq., has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Gloria Domingos Romack, Founder and CEO of Domingos Law Firm, has been named to the American Bar Association's prestigious "On the Rise - Top 40 Young Lawyers" list for 2025. The award recognizes attorneys under 40 who demonstrate exceptional legal skill, innovative approaches to practice, and significant contributions to their communities. Domingos, who specializes in humanitarian immigration law, has built her practice on a foundation of accessibility, innovation, and service. Her firm serves clients in four languages—English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French—ensuring that language barriers don't prevent access to quality legal representation.
Domingos's journey to legal recognition embodies the American dream. After obtaining her law license in Brazil, she immigrated to the United States and worked as a nanny while pursuing her legal career. She earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Washington School of Law, worked at other law firms and then founded Domingos Law Firm in SeaTac, Washington.
Domingos has distinguished herself through responsible integration of artificial intelligence in legal practice. She recently co-authored "Lex AI: A Global Legal Language," the world's first legal dictionary linking AI terminology directly to regulatory sources. The groundbreaking publication features QR codes connecting readers to official legal texts from the EU AI Act, Digital Services Act, and other authoritative sources.
"AI is transforming how we deliver legal services, but technology should enhance—not replace—the human connection that vulnerable clients need," Domingos explained.
"Our use of AI allows us to serve more clients efficiently while maintaining the compassionate approach that's essential in humanitarian cases."
Beyond her legal practice, Domingos served as Vice President of Clinics for the Latino/a Bar Association of Washington (LBAW), where she has helped coordinate over 1,000 free legal consultations in the past two years. Under her co-direction, LBAW's clinics have engaged more than 70 volunteer attorneys serving communities across Washington State.
She also serves on the Board of Directors for Partner in Employment (PIE), a nonprofit organization creating livable wage employment opportunities for immigrants and refugees.
Domingos's work extends to multiple immigrant communities, including speaking engagements and "Know Your Rights" presentations for Portuguese-speaking (Brazilian and Angolan), Slavic, Ukrainian, and Senegalese communities. She has presented at nonprofits, religious institutions, and government programs, ensuring vulnerable populations understand their legal rights.
In 2025, Domingos served as keynote speaker for Seattle University School of Law's Latinx Law Student Association (LLSA) graduation ceremony, where she inspired a majority-women graduating class with her journey from immigrant working multiple jobs to respected attorney and community leader.
As Domingos continues building her practice and expanding her community impact, she remains focused on her core mission: providing quality legal representation to those seeking safety and opportunity in America.
"The ABA recognition is an honor, but the real reward is seeing my clients succeed—whether that's a family reunited, a child protected through Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, or an asylum seeker finally finding safety," Domingos said. "That's what drives me every day."
