Alliance Electric Co. was formed with the full leadership team and workforce responsible for Mr. Cornwell's prior project portfolio, ensuring continuity of experience, client relationships and operational execution. The firm continues to perform electrical construction for commercial and industrial projects throughout Central Ohio, supporting a range of regional general contractors and developers. The company continues to provide commercial and industrial electrical services throughout the region while maintaining strong relationships with general contractors and industry partners.

Prior to founding Alliance Electric Co., Mr. Cornwell served as chief operating officer of Precision Electric and Construction from 2021 to 2026. During his tenure, he played a key role in driving operational growth, strengthening business development and implementing systems that improved efficiency and project delivery. Under the leadership team's direction, the company experienced significant expansion, achieving more than 400% percent growth over a five-year period.

This experience contributed to the development of his leadership approach and long-term focus on building strong contractor relationships and operational excellence within the electrical construction industry.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology and exercise science from Tiffin University in 2018. During his time there, he achieved national recognition as a pole vault athlete, contributing to the university's first national title.

Mr. Cornwell remains active in the industry through his membership with IEC Central Ohio. He has also supported community initiatives including Ride for Hope for Mental Health.
