Clients have included: The Acceleration Project, African American Day Parade Inc., Sculptor Vinnie Bagwell, Project Lyme, HarlemAmerica Digital Network, and Dôme Studio. In these engagements, she negotiates partnerships, secures media opportunities, and develops integrated marketing campaigns that expand brand visibility and audience engagement.
Bagwell-Angelucci also served as corporate Video Director and Producer for the Coming Back Together (CBT) triennial alumni reunion hosted by the Office of Multicultural Advancement at Syracuse University. Working with university leadership, she produced marketing assets supporting alumni engagement and fundraising initiatives, contributing to more than $4 million in alumni donations.
She additionally works with the Kevin Richardson Foundation as Project Manager, Publicist, and Brand Representative, assisting in the organization's launch and co-founding the Courage, Perseverance, and Resilience Workshop (CPRW), a curriculum promoting civil rights awareness nationwide. She also directed and produced the national public service announcement campaign "Vote Like Your Life Depends On It" for the 2024 election cycle.
A dedicated community advocate, Bagwell-Angelucci is the co-founder and Director of Communications for The Bridge Multicultural Advocacy Project in Brooklyn. Since launching the cultural arts and resource center in 2012, she has overseen operations, curated exhibitions and cultural workshops, and secured grant funding. She is also the Executive Producer of The Bridge Multicultural and Advocacy Project, a community service program broadcast on BRIC-TV and Manhattan Neighborhood Network.
Earlier in her career, Bagwell-Angelucci served as Project Manager for the 89th Annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in 2015, and she was the Chief Operations Officer of Queue Vision Entertainment, where she helped launch a streaming channel distributed on Roku and Amazon Fire TV. She also produced the first international mixed-media virtual graduation ceremony for the University of the People in 2019, generating more than 200,000 global impressions.
Bagwell-Angelucci previously worked as a photojournalist and editor at WABC-TV Eyewitness News, becoming the second African American staff camerawoman in the tri-state area. During her tenure, she contributed to national broadcasts and special events programming.
Beyond her professional work, Bagwell-Angelucci has also contributed to academia as a communications professor at the University of Connecticut, School of Visual Arts, and Woodbury University, where she developed curricula in media production, marketing, and public speaking. She also directed the documentary short "20/20: Education Unlocked – The Voices of Public and Private Schools Through African American Boys," which debuted at the National Association of Independent Schools conference in 2010.
She holds a Master of Business Administration from Woodbury University and a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Film from Syracuse University S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. She is also a fellow of the We Are All Brooklyn Fellowship through The Center for Community Leadership - JCRC.
Bagwell-Angelucci's achievements have earned multiple industry honors, including the 2024 MarCom Award and the 2019 Mosaic Award, received with the Carol H. Williams Advertising Agency for the General Motors Discover the Unexpected Multicultural Campaign. She also received a Peabody Award for her work with WABC-TV and multiple Emmy Award nominations for photography for Disney-ABC Television Group.
Bagwell-Angelucci has been a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® since 1989 and is also active with the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) Mid-Manhattan Branch. She is widely recognized for her culturally influential work directing hip-hop music videos in the early 1990s, most notably the classic Rump Shaker by Wreckx-N-Effect in 1992, which remains a staple of the hip-hop music video genre.
