This innovation was approved by the Small Business Administration and successfully marketed in the U.S. Mr. Kartiganer identifies his involvement in numerous product releases as among his most significant and is particularly enthusiastic about an upcoming product expected to receive approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Additionally, Mr. Kartiganer has secured several U.S. patents that underscore his inventive contributions to biomedical engineering, including for a system for clamping and aligning a fluidic chip to a tissue section and a system and methods for high-throughput screening of tissue preparation conditions. Beyond his patents, his article, titled 'Improved Cell-Type Identification and Comprehensive Mapping of Regulatory Features with Spatial Epigenomics 96-Channel Microfluidic Platform' was published in GEN Biotechnology in 2023.
