In addition to her leadership role at GOOD Counseling LLC, Ms. Pavlova-Rosenfeld works as a licensed mental health counselor at SRI Psychological Services practice in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania since 2016. Her expertise in counseling and family and marriage therapy is widely recognized, and she is lauded for her ability to help clients understand family dynamics and improve parenting skills. She provides counseling in English, Russian, and Ukrainian languages.

Prior to establishing her own practice, Ms. Pavlova-Rosenfeld spent 15 years as a counselor at A Woman's Place from 1999 to 2014. There, she provided critical support to individuals affected by domestic violence, further honing her skills in trauma-informed care and advocacy. In 1999, she also served as a substitute teacher at JEVS Human Services, supporting adult learners in their educational pursuits. Her professional journey in the United States began as an administrative assistant at the Klein Branch Jewish Community Center from 1998 to 1999.

Ms. Pavlova-Rosenfeld's professional affiliations underscore her commitment to ongoing learning and collaboration within her field. She has been a member of the American Counseling Association since 2010 and played a key role as a part of the Penn Del Affiliate, as conference organizer for the North American Society of Adlerian Psychology in 2015 in Philadelphia. Her academic background is both extensive and international in scope. Her creative contributions include translating the novel-parable "The Battle of Abraham" by Semion Vinokur and "The Creative Force" by Betty Lou Bettner. These projects reflect her passion for making psychological insights accessible across languages and cultures. Her article "The Crucial Cs and Coparenting After a Divorce: Transitioning from the Love Task to the Social Task" was published in the Journal of Individual Psychology in 2021.
