Prior to her current role, Ms. Vlad was an Enterprise Customer Success Manager for North America at Sana Commerce from 2022 to 2025. In this capacity, she managed key client relationships and contributed to the company's expansion in the e-commerce sector.

From 2019 to 2022, Ms. Vlad held several positions at Glia Technologies Inc., a technology startup that achieved unicorn status during her tenure. She began as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, then advanced to a Strategic Customer Success Manager and later to a Senior Customer Success Manager for Strategic Accounts. Notably, she was responsible for generating 20% of Glia's total annual expansion revenue, playing a pivotal role in the company's rapid growth and industry recognition.

Ms. Vlad was an early team member at Rhino, a real estate insurtech startup that merged with Jetty in February 2025 in a category-defining consolidation. As Client Success Manager and Head of Onboarding & Training (2018–2019), she built and scaled core operations during a pivotal growth stage.

In 2017 after pivoting from a healthcare degree into the business & technology sector, she launched her startup career with her first role as Regional Operations Manager at Stayawhile Inc., now Everyrealm Inc., where she oversaw regional expansion in the hospitality sector.

Prior to graduating, she was a Google Allo campus ambassador for The Campus Agency and a consultant at Fidelity Investments. Additionally, she facilitated alcohol education programs through Wellness and Prevention Services from 2016 to 2017. She also served as a Bedsider U campus ambassador for The National Campaign to Prevent Teen and Unplanned Pregnancy (now Power to Decide).

Her early career roles included titles such as Recruitment Director and Ritualist for Kappa Alpha Theta's Eta Chi Chapter from 2015 onward; International Student Advisor and Team Leader at ASC English School's A+ Program; Occupational Therapy intern with Boston Public Schools; student athlete team manager for Boston University's cheer team; office assistant in accounts payable; graduate intern at Boston University's Center for Psychiatric Rehabilitation; event coordinator at Corinthian Events; health educator with Peer Health Exchange; general merchandise associate at Barnes & Noble Booksellers Inc.; model and sales associate at Abercrombie & Fitch; and emergency room and outpatient care provider at Southern Ocean County Hospital (now Southern Ocean Medical Center).

Ms. Vlad's academic background includes a Master of Science in Management Science from Questrom School of Business at Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts, earned in 2017. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Health Science with a concentration in Therapeutic Studies from Sargent College of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences at Boston University, completed in 2016. She is an alumna of Wardlaw+Hartridge School in Edison, New Jersey, graduating with a high school diploma in 2012.

She maintains cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first-aid certification, as well as HIPAA certification.
