Mr. Pender began his professional journey as a Seabee in the U.S. Navy from 1989 to 1995, where he received the Navy Achievement Medal in 1994 in recognition of his exemplary service. Mr. Pender has 2 Honorable Discharges and finished his career as a 2nd Class Petty Officer.

Throughout his career, Mr. Pender has been recognized for both professional excellence and industry involvement. In his personal life, Mr. Pender values time spent with family, including his spouse Jennifer and their two daughters, along with enjoying traveling, playing golf, boating and water skiing as hobbies.
