Microsoft hired him for his deep industry experience, placing him on a new team dedicated to data center and AI planning. He played a pivotal role in creating five to 10-year plans for data center locations, expansion strategies and scalable growth structures, bringing discipline and structure to a high-demand environment.

From 2019 to 2023, Mr. Grover was head of finance for Canada at Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting US. Based in Canada, he oversaw financial operations and contributed to the company's regional growth strategies. Before this, he was head of finance for North America at Accedo.tv (start-up) in Canada for one year, where he managed financial planning and analysis for the region.

In his mid-career, Mr. Grover was finance director at Electronic Arts (EA) for two years and chief operating officer at Farallon Home Health Care for one year. His experience also includes serving as a senior finance manager for Bing at Microsoft from 2012 to 2014, where he supported the search division's financial planning during a transformative period for the company's digital services.

Mr. Grover's international experience is further highlighted by his tenure as finance director of research and development at Faurecia in Germany from 2010 to 2012. He previously held the position of finance director for global supply chain at Faurecia from 2008 to 2010 and was finance lead for supply chain management at Tenneco for the preceding five years. This role followed his initial professional experience as finance manager at Toyota Tsusho India Private Limited from 1997 to 2001 in India, where he contributed to Toyota's entry into the Indian market.

Mr. Grover's academic background has been foundational to his success. He earned a Master of Business Administration in international finance and business from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona in 2002 and also holds a Master of Business Administration in accounting and finance from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning in India. He has also been a certified public accountant through the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 2010.

Civic engagement has been a consistent theme throughout Mr. Grover's life. While living in India, he actively participated in blood donation drives, helped establish mobile hospitals serving underprivileged communities and organized medical camps. After immigrating to the United States in 2000, he continued his commitment to service by volunteering with organizations supporting homeless populations in Seattle - assisting with food preparation and service - and participating regularly in church kitchen volunteer work.

In his personal life, Mr. Grover prioritizes spending time with his family, including his two children, and playing golf, practicing yoga, hiking and biking as hobbies.
