Dr. Mossey has maintained a strong commitment to teaching, research and public health throughout her career, which has spanned nearly four decades. Recognized as a professor emerita of the Drexel University Dornsife School of Public Health since 1994, she has exemplified prowess in the areas of psychiatric epidemiology, aging research and pain. In her role as an educator, Dr. Mossey taught graduate-level classes and provided tutelage and guidance to students from all backgrounds. Previously, she was a professor at the Medical College of Pennsylvania, Allegheny Health Systems, from 1986 to 1994.
