(2005-2021), later acquired by Teva Pharmaceuticals, where he advanced from inside sales account manager to a senior commercial training role with broad organizational impact. During this time, he drove business growth through strategic account management. He went on to lead the design and delivery of large-scale learning initiatives that strengthened sales capability, elevated sales effectiveness and supported the development of managers and sales professionals across multiple regions. His early leadership in training and development laid the foundation for his long-term focus on building high-performing teams and scalable learning strategies.

From 2003 to 2005, Mr. Spanbauer held two concurrent roles as floor manager at Luna Rosa Restaurant and project manager at Vertis Communications (now Quad), both of which were instrumental in shaping the salesmanship and relationship-building skills he continues to apply today. As a floor manager, he oversaw daily operations, special events and staff coordination in a fast-paced hospitality environment. At Vertis, he managed print production projects and ensured timely delivery under tight deadlines. These early experiences also informed his belief that time spent in the service industry is foundational to developing strong people, communication and leadership skills.

Hailing from an equally accomplished academic background, Mr. Spanbauer earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from D'Youville University in 2012 as well as an associate degree in business administration and management from Niagara County Community College (now SUNY Niagara) in 2005.
