Dr. Mansell's most notable professional achievement is his extensive experience as an inner-city paramedic in Kansas City, Missouri, throughout the 1980s. His work placed him in high-risk environments during periods of violent territorial disputes between gangs such as the Bloods and the Crips. Despite frequent exposure to danger, Dr. Mansell is grateful for having survived 13 years in this demanding setting while maintaining academic dedication and completing 13 years of college alongside his emergency medicine career.

In addition to his work at Life Logic Inc., Dr. Mansell has served as an aviation medical examiner for the Federal Aviation Administration since 2006. In this capacity, he conducts medical evaluations for pilots and aviation professionals, ensuring their fitness for duty and contributing to public safety within the aviation sector.

Earlier in his career, Dr. Mansell served as an Advanced Cardiac Life Support instructor in Illinois from 1993 to 1997. In this role, he provided critical training to healthcare professionals in life-saving techniques and emergency response protocols.

Dr. Mansell's academic background has been instrumental in shaping his professional journey. He completed a residency in emergency medicine at the College of Medicine, Peoria, University of Illinois, in 1995, after earning a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri, in 1992. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in chemistry from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, awarded in 1988. His education provided a strong foundation for his expertise in emergency medicine and longevity-focused wellness.

Throughout his career, Dr. Mansell has obtained several certifications that have enhanced his clinical capabilities and broadened his scope of practice. He earned certification in Advanced Trauma Life Support from 1994 to 2003 and held credentials as an emergency medical technician-paramedic from 1983 to 1995, including licensure in the State of Missouri from 1980 to 1995. Additionally, he is affiliated with the Age Management Medicine Group and is certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine.

Dr. Mansell attributes much of his success to the unwavering support of approximately 15 patients who have remained with him over the past 15 years despite numerous professional transitions and obstacles.
