As an independent/senior consultant and advisor, he brings a wealth of experience to boutique management consultancy firms renowned for their real-world operating expertise and focus on business transformation. In this capacity, Mr. Venditti leverages his regulatory fluency, strategic insight and innovation acumen to guide organizations through complex change initiatives, ensuring alignment with both governance standards and business objectives.

Before embarking on independent/senior consultant and advisor roles, Mr. Venditti served as the executive director, senior vice president and head of CTO testing enablement at Wells Fargo from 2021 to 2023. During his tenure, he also held concurrent roles as an interim global product manager, interim global product owner and interim engineering manager for Global Americas CTO TE. Mr. Venditti managed a global team responsible for all testing tools supporting approximately 25,000 clients, overseeing but not limited to vendor relationships, tool functionality, tool budgets and tool security across all environments including private and public cloud. His leadership was instrumental in maintaining operational integrity during a period of organizational restructuring and advancing technology enablement initiatives within the CTO organization.

From 2019 to 2021, Mr. Venditti was the director and global head of Product Engineering Test Delivery at Refinitiv (now LSEG, a division of the London Stock Exchange) and was later promoted to global head of Technology Quality Engineering. He led the centralization and subsequent federation of the quality engineering functions across verticals, achieving a 98% test effectiveness rate, meaning only two defects per 100 escaped into production. This exceptional performance significantly reduced both financial and reputational risk in the firm's global financial markets.

Between 2015 and 2019, Mr. Venditti held multiple leadership roles as Director of Group Technology Operations at Deutsche Bank AG in Manhattan, New York, culminating in the position of Director/Global Head, Quality Engineering Group Technology Operations, overseeing more than 1,400 professionals worldwide. Under his direction, Deutsche Bank achieved a 74% reduction in quality-related information technology production incidents, generating annual savings exceeding $8 million, with broader program-level savings reaching into the nine-figure range.

Among Mr. Venditti's earlier endeavors, he worked for Citigroup in 2014 as a Senior Management Consultant within the Treasury and Trade solutions testing center of excellence. There he established the first TCOE within the Treasury and Trade organization before completing his contract at year's end. Mr. Venditti's foundational years were spent at Credit Suisse Group in Manhattan from 1990 to 2013, a tenure that included progressive roles from assistant vice president and engineer officer to director of global information technology. He rotated across back-office departments, gaining comprehensive exposure to institutional operations, including post-trade processing, trader profit-and-loss calculation and Sarbanes-Oxley Act implementation for audit controls. Mr. Venditti's work extended internationally as well, having resided in Singapore to help establish the company's first center of excellence and spent several years in London overseeing new trade processing architecture projects.

Mr. Venditti began his career as a programmer analyst at NYNEX Corporation, a now-defunct American telephone company, in New York from 1986 to 1990. During this time, he developed inventory management applications while commuting daily from Boston's Back Bay area to Worcester.

Beyond traditional employment, Mr. Venditti has been active with various consulting companies, providing advisory services on transformation initiatives while adhering strictly to confidentiality protocols. As a certified ethical AI professional, he is committed to embedding ethics and governance into AI implementations for financial institutions, relying on ISO/IEC 42001 as a benchmark for responsible deployment amid evolving regulatory landscapes.

Mr. Venditti earned a Bachelor of Science in computer science, cum laude, from Pace University in New York in 1986. His academic foundation provided him with technical proficiency that underpins his success in software engineering, test data management, master data management and enterprise resource planning systems, such as PeopleSoft Financials and PeopleSoft HR. Mr. Venditti continued his professional development through numerous certifications from Microsoft, including Describe Cloud Computing, Describe Cloud Service Types and Describe Cost Management in Azure, as well as Google Cloud: Introduction to Responsible AI.

Actively engaged civically, Mr. Venditti has held various appointments in his community, beginning with the founding of OPEN Network, the first gay network at Credit Suisse Group. He also chaired the LGBTQ+ segment of inclusive work culture, participated on the NYMETRO leadership committee for the technology community and culture continuum, and co-chaired the LGBTQ+ segment of technology, diversity, community, and sustainability at Wells Fargo. Notably, Mr. Venditti has championed inclusivity throughout his professional journey.

Throughout his career, Mr. Venditti has been recognized as an authority in transformation and quality engineering within financial services technology, witnessing the industry's evolution from manual systems to artificial intelligence (AI) -powered cloud-native platforms, driving real-time decision-making. He has played a pivotal role in standardizing quality engineering practices across lines of business while ensuring compliance with oversight requirements from regulators such as the Federal Reserve, the Monetary Authority of Singapore and the Financial Conduct Authority in the U.K.

Among his honors, Mr. Venditti received a Good Citizenship Award from Credit Suisse Group. The North American Testing Awards also recognized him for the best testing management team and the best functionally automated application at Refinitiv (now LSEG). Mr. Venditti attributes his achievements to a foundation built on discipline, integrity and the enduring influence of family and mentors.

Mr. Venditti takes pride in his longevity within the industry, having built a reputation not only for technical expertise but also for adaptability through change.
