Ms. Hodges has established herself as an expert in higher education and management-type series publishing, currently serving as manager of analytics and publishing operations at the American College of Healthcare Executives since 2025. In this capacity, she oversees analytics and publishing operations, specializing in data-driven decision-making to identify market trends, assess program needs and determine gaps in publishing or textbooks. Her responsibilities include managing author royalties, coordinating with book distributors, printers, and customers and handling copyright materials and submissions to the Library of Congress. Ms. Hodges also manages the Higher Education Network Awards, which recognize undergraduate and graduate programs at the annual Congress on Health Care Leadership, and supervises student volunteers serving as program assistants for this event. Her analytical acumen is evident in her ability to handle complex sales and financial spreadsheets, conduct comprehensive analyses of book performance and evaluate sales and marketing strategies.

From 2020 to 2025, Ms. Hodges served as a business analyst at the American College of Healthcare Executives. During this period, she was responsible for creating and analyzing reports on forecasting, sales, marketing and reprinting efforts within the publishing department—formerly Health Administration Press and now ACHE. She played a pivotal role in managing author royalties and collaborating with various stakeholders across the publishing process. Her work contributed significantly to the organization's understanding of market dynamics and operational efficiency.

Before joining the American College of Healthcare Executives, Ms. Hodges served as director of entrepreneurial innovation at Innovative Defense Enterprises in Washington, D.C., from 2019 to 2020. In this role, she focused on disrupting the defense market by supporting smaller businesses in achieving their research goals and commercializing innovative products.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Hodges worked as a sky show operator at Adler Planetarium from 2013 to 2019 while pursuing her graduate studies. She presented immersive dome theater shows to thousands of visitors daily, projecting astronomical visuals, including nebulae and supernova clusters, while engaging audiences with educational content.

In addition to her work at Adler Planetarium, Ms. Hodges served as an engineer and customer relations specialist at EPIR Technologies from 2015 to 2016. Here she applied her technical background to support laboratory operations and customer engagement initiatives.

Her professional journey began as a research assistant at the University of Illinois Chicago from 2014 to 2015, where she contributed to scientific research projects that further developed her analytical skills.

Ms. Hodges's academic achievements have been instrumental in shaping her career trajectory. She earned a master's degree in public policy from DePaul University in Chicago in 2019. The rigorous curriculum enhanced her ability to analyze data, forecast trends and develop solutions for complex organizational challenges, skills that have proven invaluable throughout her professional roles. She completed a bachelor's degree in physics at Indiana University Bloomington in 2012, where she cultivated strong analytical abilities through intensive coursework in science and mathematics. Her foundational education began with a diploma from Canterbury High School in 2007.

Committed to continuous professional development, Ms. Hodges has obtained several certifications that underscore her expertise. In 2024, she earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute—a milestone reflecting her advanced project leadership capabilities. She also holds multiple credentials from LinkedIn Corporation related to data science and SQL programming, including Presto Essentials: Data Science; NoSQL for SQL Professionals; Advanced NoSQL for Data Science; SQL Tips, Tricks and Techniques; SQL: Data Reporting and Analysis; Learning SQL Programming; and SQL Essential Training, all completed in 2020.

Ms. Hodges attributes her success to a dynamic personality that balances outgoing collaboration with independent initiative. The analytical skills honed during her physics studies have been particularly influential in enabling her to interpret data effectively, forecast outcomes and identify emerging trends. These qualities have defined her contributions throughout her career.

Throughout her professional journey, Ms. Hodges has demonstrated a commitment to industry engagement through active membership in several organizations. She served as secretary for the Astronomy Club at Indiana University Bloomington from 2008 to 2012 and maintains affiliations with the Project Management Institute, United States Tennis Association, IU Alumni Association, Phi Mu fraternity, Pi Alpha Alpha honor society, and Golden Key International Honour Society.

Her dedication extends beyond her primary roles into civic involvement and leadership within community organizations. She chaired the athletics committee for the IU Alumni Association in Chicago from 2017 to 2023, fostering alum engagement through sports initiatives. As secretary of the Hellenic Student Organization at Indiana University Bloomington from 2009 to 2012, and as a member of both the slating and sisterhood development committees for Phi Mu from 2008 to 2011, she contributed meaningfully to student life and organizational development.

Ms. Hodges's accomplishments have been recognized through numerous awards reflecting both professional excellence and service contributions. In 2024, she was honored with the Association Forum's prestigious 40 Under 40 Award for outstanding industry impact, a year marked by significant achievements, including competing at the national level in tennis with her team. Additional honors include the Alton E. Born in Fort Wayne, Ms. Hodges enjoys a vibrant personal life centered on competitive tennis—playing two or three matches each week—and spending time with her two golden retrievers, Hubble and Albert. She values travel and takes international trips annually with her spouse, Tyler.
