Ms. Ince has distinguished herself as an occupational therapist in a variety of settings, most recently and currently, Enhabit Home Health and Hospice, a role she has held since 2025, where she provides comprehensive occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients throughout the Las Vegas Valley in Las Vegas, NV. Her expertise encompasses neuro-rehabilitation, cardiac orthopedic, chronic pain management and a variety of other post acute and functional medicine assessments and rehabilitation. Ms. Ince's holistic approach centers on restoring functional independence for patients within their home environments.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Ince served as an occupational therapist at Speakeasy Therapy Services LLC from 2022 to 2025. During this period, she provided full-scope occupational therapy services. There she worked with the pediatric population with developmental and physical disabilities further refining her skills in neuro- and physical- rehabilitation, sensory integration and behavior management. Her commitment to whole-person care was evident in her individualized treatment plans and her dedication to addressing the unique needs of each client and their families.

From 2021 to 2022, Ms. Ince contributed her expertise as an occupational therapist at Mountain Land Rehabilitation in Moab, Utah. Here, she worked closely with patients recovering from injury or illness, or those with chronic illness and disease focusing on maximizing their independence through evidence-based interventions. Her work in this rural setting deepened her understanding of the challenges faced by underserved communities and reinforced her commitment to equitable healthcare access and care.

Between 2019 and 2021, Ms. Ince held the position of motor/occupational therapy department director at Better Learning Speech Therapy. In this leadership role, she oversaw program development and implementation for pediatric clients with complex needs. Previously, she served as the program director at Brain Balance Achievement Centers in Omaha from 2016 to 2019, further expanding her expertise in neurodiversity, neurobehavioral and family-centered care.

Ms. Ince's earlier professional experience includes serving as supervisor of warehouse operations at Cardinal Health from 2014 to 2015, where she developed organizational leadership skills that would later inform her clinical practice and nonprofit work. Before this, she worked as a special education teacher and held roles as a rehabilitation aide and technician, positions that provided foundational experience in direct patient care and special education.

Throughout her career, Ms. Ince has demonstrated a commitment to advancing the field of occupational therapy through both clinical excellence and community engagement. Previously serving as a board member of the Utah Board of Occupational Therapy, reflecting her dedication to professional standards and ongoing development within the discipline.

Among Ms. Ince's most significant achievements is the founding of Reaching Stars Charity, which she led for approximately six years. Through this organization, she provided equipment, services and mental health therapies to underinsured families and individuals, an endeavor that exemplifies her passion for service and advocacy for marginalized populations. She is particularly proud of fostering curiosity and lifelong learning in herself and others while maintaining a holistic approach centered on whole-person care.

Ms. Ince's academic background includes a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Nebraska Methodist College in Omaha, NE earned in 2019, following a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from College of Saint Mary in Omaha, NE awarded in 2015. Her undergraduate studies culminated in a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Kinesiology from Southern Utah University in 2011.

In addition to her formal degrees, Ms. Ince holds numerous specialized certifications, including Pelvic Health, Safe and Sound Dystonia Protocol, LSVT, and Primitive Reflex Integration. She has earned micro-credentials in chronic pain and neurodegenerative conditions, as well as autism, from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, where she also maintains national board certification. She is a licensed occupational therapist in Alaska, Nevada, Utah, and Nebraska.

Reflecting on her career, Ms. Ince attributes much of her success to invaluable mentorship and strong family support. She draws daily inspiration from her patients who challenge her adaptability and foster reciprocal growth. Her creativity is especially evident when working with neurodiverse clients or supporting individuals navigating grief or adjustment related to disability, always approaching each person with non-judgmental respect while honoring their dignity.

Ms. Ince's journey into healthcare began early due to personal experiences with disability within her family, and caregiving responsibilities for her great-grandparents and grandparents during childhood. These formative experiences instilled a belief that disability does not equate to incapability and inspired a lifelong commitment to compassionate care and servant leadership.

Beyond her professional work, Ms. Ince is deeply engaged in community service. She is the founder and an executive board member of Reaching Stars Charity and has contributed to organizations such as Boys Town, Special Olympics, Wasatch Adaptive, the Southern Utah Senior Games, Pride Festival and Alzheimer's Walks. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and water activities, along with reading, traveling, playing the piano, watching movies, creating art and spending time with her family and dogs.

Looking ahead, Ms. Ince intends to open a private practice that integrates occupational therapy expertise with organizational leadership acumen to better serve underserved communities. She remains dedicated to providing education, access and opportunity, particularly for people of color and women of color in the Las Vegas Valley who lack basic health care access, and aims to be an agent of change, addressing healthcare disparities while assuming greater servant leadership roles within her community.
