Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Mr. Sheely served as a bailiff in the Judicial Administration at the Lancaster County Courthouse from 2010 to 2011. This role followed his retirement from the United States Postal Service after a distinguished 37-year tenure. Beginning as a letter carrier in Lancaster at age 17 in 1972, he advanced to manager of customer service from 1992 to 1997 before being appointed postmaster in Mountville in 1985, a position he held until his retirement in 2009. During his postal career, Mr. Sheely received training in alternative dispute resolution and arbitration, skills that informed his later work in relationship marketing.

From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Sheely also served as president of CjS Reproductions, further demonstrating his leadership capabilities across industries.

His commitment to professional excellence is reflected in his active participation on several boards of directors. He has served on the board of directors for the Rocky Springs Carousel Association and has been vice president of the board at Keystone Art & Culture Center since 2010. Mr. Sheely's educational foundation was laid at J.P. McCaskey High School in Lancaster, where he earned his diploma in 1973.
