Responsible for formulating the company's future direction, he has supported tactical initiatives for growth and profitability and has overseen the implementation of strategic business plans to their successful conclusion, leading the end-to-end finance transformation initiatives and corporate change management programs, delivering significant profit growth through enhanced business planning, operational efficiency, and cost rationalization.

In 2026, Mr. Klironomos also began contributing to academia as an adjunct Professor of Finance and Economics at Ordinary People Inc. School of the Prophets (OPISOP), a Christian College dedicated to serving underprivileged students. He takes great fulfillment from this teaching role, sharing his expansive knowledge and experience in finance with aspiring professionals while also giving back to the community.

Prior to joining Pinnacle Sports, Mr. Klironomos held the position of Chief Financial Officer at the United States subsidiary of Intralot Group, a leading Lottery and i-Gaming operator. During his tenure from 2019 to 2023, he led a comprehensive finance transformation initiative that resulted in significant earnings growth while maintaining sustainable profit margins, with his leadership accelerating the speed of financial reporting and enabling faster executive decision making.

Before being promoted to Chief Financial Officer and relocating to the United States, Mr. Klironomos served as the Group Chief Internal Audit Officer at Intralot S.A. in his native Athens, Greece. In this capacity for seven years, he oversaw global internal audit functions and was pivotal in strengthening corporate governance and control frameworks. Recognized for their outstanding contributions during this time, he and his team were awarded the Platinum Prize from the European Business Ethics Network for three years running in 2013, 2014 and 2015.

From 2009 to 2011, Mr. Klironomos held dual roles as Chief Operating Officer and Group Director of Internal Audit and Organization at Euroclinic Group in Athens — private hospitals affiliated with the Global Finance fund — where he directed operational improvements and internal auditing activities. In a similar position at Europaiki Pisti Group from 2008 to 2009, he operated at vice president level and oversaw audit functions and organizational frameworks for the insurance organization.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Klironomos gained valuable leadership experience as Head of Internal Audit at Pagota Dodoni S.A., an Athens-based food industry company within the Global Finance fund. He began his professional journey with a four-year tenure as a Senior Auditor at Grant Thornton S.A., where he developed foundational expertise in consulting and auditing practices within the construction, banking, manufacturing and media sectors.

Alongside his primary roles, Mr. Klironomos was an ambassador and scientific associate with the Hellenic Association of Certified Fraud Examiners as well as with Transparency International Greece. Earlier in his journey, he also served as a Board Member and General Secretary for the Greek Institute of Internal Auditors from 2019 to 2020. His creative contributions extend into thought leadership through projects such as "We Read," his former permanent column which is featured in the monthly Newsletter published by Institute of Internal Auditors Greece.

Hailing from an equally accomplished and international academic background, Mr. Klironomos earned a Master of Science in maritime operations from Liverpool John Moores University in 1998 as well as a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a focus on financial studies from University of Piraeus in 1997.

To augment his qualifications in the financial industry, Mr. Klironomos is certified as a fraud examiner by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and as an internal controls auditor by the Institute for Internal Controls. Furthermore, he holds certificates as an internal auditor of quality management system ISO9001 from Lloyd's Register and an internal auditor of information security management system ISO27001 from TÜV Austria Hellas.

Reflecting on his storied journey to date, Mr. Klironomos attributes his success to hard work combined with an unwavering focus on both short-term objectives and long-term goals.
