MEMPHIS, TN, April 06, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Don Farrell has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Mr. Farrell has established a remarkable career spanning four decades in sales, service and leadership in his consulting, speaking, training and training reinforcement business. As the Chief Cultivating Officer at Fresh Revenues since 2007, he has been providing comprehensive business solutions, specializing in innovative consulting, training programs, reinforcement training, speaking engagements, and podcast interviews. His expertise is evident in his hands-on approach, conducting client calls, developing measurable, incentive-linked solutions and coaching clients on implementation. Mr. Farrell's methodology emphasizes ongoing reinforcement, a rare practice in the training industry that has set his companies apart.

In addition to his role at Fresh Revenues, Mr. Farrell began serving as an advisor with AdvisoryCloud in 2021, where he provides strategic counsel to organizations seeking to enhance their operational effectiveness and workforce engagement. Mr. Farrell's advisory work reflects his commitment to empowering others and sharing his extensive knowledge with a broader professional community.

From 1986 to 2007, Mr. Farrell excelled as the founder and chair of Signature Worldwide. He launched the company from a spare bedroom and for the first 4 years guaranteed client success in his consulting practice or he did not get paid. In addition to consulting , the company then morphed into speaking and training with the same kind of guaranteed success for his clients. Under his leadership, Signature Worldwide grew from a $2 million startup to a $150 million enterprise with over 380 associates, licensees in over 40 countries and more than 10,000 clients, primarily in hospitality, and became recognized as the largest global training and performance organization of its kind. The company's success stemmed from Mr. Farrell's pioneering approach, integrating accountability, measurement, incentives and coaching into training programs at the request of major clients, such as Marriott and Hilton Hotels. This innovation became the hallmark of Signature Worldwide and led to explosive growth.

Mr. Farrell spent 12 years in various leadership roles with major hospitality brands, beginning in 1974, including management companies and entrepreneurial operators. During his career, he gained firsthand insight into the challenges faced by hourly workers, particularly hotel housekeepers, and inspired his lifelong mission to elevate their status within organizations. One of Mr. Farrell's most notable achievements was transforming how leaders at his select client hotels regarded housekeeping staff, most of whom were single mothers earning modest wages. By fostering cross-departmental understanding and reinforcing the value of elite service provided by housekeepers, he helped reshape perceptions and empower employees to serve as conduits for customer feedback and elite service excellence.

Mr. Farrell's educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in business from the University of Wisconsin-Pewaukee, earned in 1978. Beyond his business endeavors, he is deeply committed to professional and civic engagement. He is an active member of Elevate and ExecHQ. He also serves on the board of advisors for The Salvation Army and is involved with UpCorps and St. Patrick Center, organizations dedicated to supporting vulnerable populations and fostering self-sufficiency.

Among other endeavors, Mr. Farrell's creative output includes several publications, including "Ethical Theft: How to Steal Business From Your Competition," released by Fresh Revenues/Far Wind Productions in 2009, "The Good Book of Business: The Most Redeeming Book of Answers to Questions About Small Business Problems & Challenges," co-authored with Publish Green in 2012, and "Why Is Service So Bad?" published in 2025.

Mr. Farrell's commitment to social impact is further demonstrated through projects such as the FarEver application, developed to prevent homelessness among at-risk individuals, and the Tagged Trip application, co-developed over 13 years as a platform connecting travelers with shared interests for meaningful networking experiences. His additional accomplishments include securing a U.S. patent for a space seat provider in 2010.

Throughout his tenure, Mr. Farrell's expertise in sales, service, leadership, culture speaking and training is widely recognized within the industry. His contributions have been recognized by Ernst & Young (now EY), reflecting both industry respect and peer acknowledgment. Mr. Farrell attributes his success to maintaining strong spiritual faith and listening attentively to clients and staff at all levels. He believes that valuable insights often come from frontline workers and credits this openness for much of his professional growth.

Looking ahead, Mr. Farrell intends to expand his proven training methodology into new market segments beyond hospitality, demonstrating that tactical, return-on-investment-driven approaches can deliver transformational results across diverse industries. He also plans to continue his lifelong mission of empowering individuals and uplifting communities nationwide.
