From 2015 to 2019, Ms. Poppovich Smith held roles as sales executive, senior sales executive and sales manager at City Wide. Among her proudest achievements during this time was securing the number one position in contract sales in 2018, further solidifying her reputation for excellence. Her earlier tenure as a sales executive from 2012 to 2015 focused on contract janitorial and floor care solutions, where she demonstrated her expertise in customer service and innovation.

Ms. Poppovich Smith began her career at City Wide as a sales associate in 2011, during which she assisted with proposal preparation and appointment setting while supporting the owner in daily business operations. Over the course of 15 years with the company, she has held or operated virtually every role within the organization, gaining comprehensive insight into all facets of its operations.

Before joining City Wide Facility Solutions, Ms. Poppovich Smith worked in office management and customer service at a family-owned bottled water distribution company in Columbus, where she was responsible for sourcing and branding water for businesses and households throughout the region. Earlier still, she spent two years working in title insurance on a commission basis following her graduation from college.

A former member of the cheerleading squad at The Ohio State University, she contributed to the sport as the coach of an all-star competitive traveling cheerleading team for nearly 20 years and is currently sat on both executive and general boards for the Greater Columbus Sports Commission.
