Her academic background includes a Master of Science in health science from Touro University and a Bachelor of Arts in human services from California Baptist University. These educational achievements have provided her with a strong foundation in both health sciences and human services, equipping her with the knowledge necessary for effective advocacy and client management. Ms. Coleman holds certification as a California-licensed professional fiduciary and is recognized as a Certified Health Education Specialist. She attributes much of her success to unwavering consistency and perseverance, qualities that enabled her to complete her graduate studies while working full-time and raising a child with special needs.

Born in Vallejo, Ms. Coleman is dedicated not only to her profession but also to her family life as a mother of two sons. Her eldest son is autistic and her youngest is two and a half years old.
