RINCON, GA, April 14, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Andrea Waters Allsbrook has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Ms. Allsbrook has established herself as a prominent figure in the culinary and hospitality industries, currently serving as the owner and operator of Ms. Jean's Restaurant in Rincon, Georgia. The path to get here, however, was not for the faint of heart. Born in Savannah, Georgia, she grew up witnessing her mother, Ms. Jean's, dedication to both family and business while running a restaurant and raising a family. Ms. Allsbrook's childhood was rooted in faith and family, thanks to Ms. Jean.

After the family-run restaurant closed in 1999, Ms. Allsbrook focused on building her career in the hotel sector. Leveraging her expertise in hospitality, Ms. Allsbrook built a distinguished career in the hotel industry spanning two decades. Beginning as a front desk clerk, she demonstrated exceptional perseverance and skill, ultimately rising to the position of general manager. Her journey through various roles within the industry reflects her unwavering work ethic and expertise in connecting with guests. This quality has become a hallmark of her professional identity.

Knowing that her mom had a terminal illness, Ms. Allsbrook felt compelled to care for her and wanted her to go out on top of the world. After thoughtful reflection and encouragement from her family, she developed a business plan, acquired the necessary equipment and location, resigned from her position as a general manager in Florida, and moved back home to relaunch the beloved family establishment.

Since reopening Ms. Jean's Restaurant in 2013, she has dedicated herself to preserving her family's legacy by using original Ms. Jean's Restaurant recipes for authentic southern food, many of which were passed down from her mother, aunts, grandmother, and great-grandmother. For more than a decade, Ms. Allsbrook has overseen all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including ensuring food safety standards are met, cooking and tasting dishes for quality control, maintaining presentation and cleanliness across service areas and serving the food, which is set up as a cafeteria-style restaurant. As a hands-on owner, she has been responsible for all aspects of operating a business, from hiring and developing staff, managing accounting functions and daily operational duties, to marketing and strategic development.

Through it all Ms. Allsbrook has ensured that the heart of her family's culinary heritage remains intact. Her mother played an integral role in the restaurant until her passing in 2015, making desserts and sharing her passion for cooking with customers. Her dedication inspired Ms. Allsbrook to continue the family tradition, which is still thriving today. Ms. Allsbrook takes immense pride when patrons remark that her mother would be proud of her achievements.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Ms. Allsbrook is actively involved in several civic initiatives and charitable organizations. She currently serves on the pastor's council at her local church and sponsors several mission programs.

Ms. Allsbrook is widely recognized for her mastery of Southern cuisine, particularly fried chicken, earning numerous accolades such as "Best Fried Chicken" and "Most Fabulous Fried Chicken" from various Effingham magazines beginning in 2013 and each year following through to 2026. Her restaurant was also honored as a "Business that Gives Back," underscoring her commitment to serving others beyond culinary excellence. Additionally, Ms. Allsbrook has been featured in stories highlighting Ms. Jean's Restaurant as a pillar of generosity and hospitality in Effingham County.

Attributing much of her success to her faith and sense of purpose, Ms. Allsbrook believes she has been obedient to what she feels called to do: helping people above all else. This philosophy has manifested itself in many ways, some seen and some unseen. She often hires individuals who may be overlooked elsewhere, providing them with hope and support during challenging times; she has built a family culture with staff who support each other on and off the clock; she is eager and willing to donate meals to those in need within her community; she ensures Ms. Jean's "gives more than it takes."

Throughout her career and personal journey, Ms. Allsbrook has exemplified resilience, compassion, humility, and an unwavering commitment to uplifting others through hospitality and community service. Ms. Jean's Restaurant is her mission field, and no patron of Ms. Jean's is a stranger to her. Looking ahead, she aspires to one day retire from active business management and travel the world. All the while ensuring those in need are served; whether it's through delicious southern cuisines now or investing in and supporting her community through compassion and understanding during retirement. Ms. Jean's legacy will live on for many generations to come, thanks to Ms. Allsbrook.
