GILBERT, AZ, April 22, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Tori Iwinski, MA, has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Ms. Iwinski has established herself as a leading expert in analyzing social determinants of health, along with her work in data and impact analysis, clinical evaluation, health care, behavioral health and evaluating Latino economic mobility. Her career reflects a commitment to advancing opportunities for underserved communities and building innovative solutions through data-driven strategies. In recognition of her work, she received the Community Ownership Respect Empowerment Integrity and Quality of Service (COREIQS) award from Chicanos Por La Causa in 2025.
Since 2022, Ms. Iwinski has served as evaluation and business intelligence manager at Chicanos Por La Causa in Arizona. In this capacity, she leads data analysis and reporting efforts to identify pathways, barriers and gaps affecting the Latino community. Her work focuses on developing creative solutions to expand opportunity pathways for Latinos. She has also played a pivotal role in fostering a strong data-collection culture and implementing operational and quality assurance dashboards that support Chicanos Por La Causa's mission.
Additionally, Ms. Iwinski and her team at Chicanos Por La Causa have been deeply involved in collaborative research with Arizona State University and the WestGroup Research, utilizing a dual framework that combines social science perspectives with economic behavior analysis from the Seidman Research Institute. This unique approach enables immediate translation of research insights into actionable strategies for positive change across Arizona and beyond.
Before being promoted to her current position, Ms. Iwinski was an evaluation and data analyst at Chicanos Por La Causa for three years. During this period, she honed her skills in communicating with clinicians and developed empathy for the individuals represented by each data point. Her efforts contributed to the organization's ability to address the needs of extremely low-income Latino populations in Arizona, where 15 percent fall under the poverty threshold.
In 2024, Ms. Iwinski founded VRI Consulting LLC, where she continues to serve as owner and consultant. Through her consulting practice, she assists clients with information and systems processes work, evaluation structures, logic models and operational dashboards. Her approach emphasizes meeting clients where they are in their data journey and helping them articulate their data story from the ground up.
Prior to relocating to Arizona, Ms. Iwinski was a qualified mental health professional and head evaluator at Belmont Crossing of Lakeview in Chicago from 2016 to 2019. In this role, she completed her master's clinical internship and played an instrumental part in achieving CARF accreditation for residential behavioral facilities—a requirement introduced in Illinois in 2017. Her leadership helped establish robust data-collection practices and refined her ability to evaluate complex clinical settings compared to educational environments.
Ms. Iwinski began her professional journey as a project assistant at Become Inc., a nonprofit organization in Chicago, from 2015 to 2016. Working closely with Dr. Dominica McBride, she learned the importance of culturally responsive evaluation—assessing programs within their cultural context while remaining humble and seeking to avoid personal biases.
Academically, Ms. Iwinski earned a master's degree in forensic psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Chicago in 2017 and previously completed a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and psychology at Indiana University-Purdue University in Indianapolis in 2015. During her undergraduate studies, she conducted extensive research under Dr. Kyle Minorr on assessments related to schizotypy and schizophrenia among undergraduate students, transcribed interviews for Veterans Affairs research projects and administered psychological assessments with incarcerated youth through an internship at the Indiana University School of Adolescent Medicine under Dr. Matthew Aalsma. She also contributed opioid overdose data coding during a critical period of the opioid crisis for the Marion County Coroner's Office and assisted Dr. Kenna Quinet with updating a textbook by reviewing ongoing cases for publication.
Bolstering her professional standing, Ms. Iwinski is an active member of the American Evaluators Association and participates in the Independent Consultant Topic Interest Group. Her civic engagement includes serving as a peer mentor for introductory psychology courses over three years—guiding students toward careers in psychology or higher education—and volunteering for initiatives like the Pop-Up Market Economic Empowerment Program on International Women's Day and Heart Walk events at Chicanos Por La Causa community centers.
In her personal life, Ms. Iwinski draws inspiration from her family and her mentors, including Dr. Kyle Minor, Dr. Deborah Harold, Dr. Dominica McBride and Karen Armknecht, as well as her innate curiosity and willingness to embrace new opportunities outside her comfort zone. Looking ahead, she remains guided by a desire to make a meaningful difference within the communities she serves—striving always to be a servant leader who bridges services with funders while empowering others through storytelling and data-driven advocacy for greater impact within the nonprofit sector.
