Among his most notable achievements at Kaiser Permanente, Dr. Madill led pharmacy operations through a 42% surge in new membership within a four-week period in late 2025. By maintaining all prescription services in-house and rapidly expanding capacity through extended hours, accelerated hiring, and centralized workload balancing, he ensured continuity of care during peak demand. He helped lead the development of an automated prescription transfer tool that reduced processing time from up to 30 minutes to under three minutes, setting new national standards for operational excellence.

Prior to Kaiser Permanente, Dr. Madill spent 17 years with Publix Super Markets, where he advanced through progressive leadership roles, including divisional pharmacy operations leader for the Atlanta division. In this capacity, he oversaw more than 225 pharmacies, led over 2,000 associates, and managed revenue exceeding $1 billion. Earlier roles included regional pharmacy supervisor and pharmacy manager, where he was recognized for improving operational performance and developing high-performing teams.

Dr. Madill's academic background has been instrumental in his professional success. He earned a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Florida and a Master of Business Administration from Georgia Southern University.
