Before his promotion to division finance manager, Mr. Agojci was a senior finance manager at Bridgestone Americas Inc. in Bloomingdale, Illinois, from 2016 to 2017, marking the start of a decade-long association with the company. In 2015, Mr. Agojci worked as a financial consultant for Second City Leasing in Chicago. This role allowed him to leverage his extensive background in financial management and operations while providing strategic guidance on leasing operations.

Between 2007 and 2015, Mr. Agojci excelled in managing finance, sourcing and operations at Chicago Prime Meats LLC in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. As the owner and manager of this boutique fresh meat and fish shop with catering services, he expanded the business from an initial 2,000-square-foot location to an 8,000-square-foot operation. Under Mr. Agojci's leadership, the business thrived but eventually became increasingly administrative and demanding, prompting him to return to corporate finance.

Mr. Agojci's earlier corporate experience included serving as a strategic sourcing manager at Sears Holdings Corporation in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, for five years, beginning in 2002. In this capacity, he was responsible for sourcing various products, such as Craftsman and Kenmore appliances, and managing relationships with manufacturing companies based on specifications from Sears engineers.

From 2001 to 2002, Mr. Agojci was a corporate capital planning manager for information technology (IT) and logistics at Sears, Roebuck and Co., overseeing a portfolio valued at approximately $1.3 billion during a period of significant restructuring within the company. He continued handling IT and logistics projects after being reassigned to the capital planning team. Between 1998 and 2001, Mr. Agojci served as a corporate real estate senior financial analyst at Sears, Roebuck and Co., focusing on financial performance for new store openings and collaborating with various departments to prepare pro formas for presentation to the capital committee.
