The continual success of this platform allowed the company to achieve $50M in revenue within the first year.

In 2014, Mr. Ku also served as Practice Manager for Config Consultants, a start-up in the Oracle technology implementation sector. In this role, Mr. Ku established the company's first Customer Experience Practice, focusing on Oracle Customer Relationship Management implementations. In this capacity, Mr. Ku contributed to the organization's unprecedented achievement of the coveted title of Oracle Specialized in 2 years of establishing the practice.
