Between 2016 and 2018, Ms. Morgan-Frost was the manager of talent acquisition at Bell Flight, where she oversaw recruitment operations and contributed to the development of innovative hiring practices. From 2014 to 2016, she held the role of senior university relations partner at Bell Flight, building strong relationships with academic institutions to attract emerging talent.
Ms. Morgan-Frost's earlier experience includes serving as an employee programs and community relations specialist at Bell Flight from 2010 to 2014. Previously, she served as a regional marketing specialist at Time Warner Cable from 2006 to 2010 in Dallas-Fort Worth, where she developed marketing campaigns and supported regional growth strategies. Ms. Morgan-Frost launched her career as publications manager at Houston Publications in Texas between 2003 and 2006.
At the outset of her career, Ms. Morgan-Frost pursued higher education, earning a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Northwestern State University in 2001. She later earned a master's degree in leadership and human resource development with a concentration in global workforce planning from Louisiana State University, graduating in 2021.
In addition to her formal degrees, Ms. Morgan-Frost holds a certification in recruitment, marketing and event management from the University of Massachusetts.
