LAPEER, MI, April 28, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Aleksander Ochocki has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Mr. Ochocki has established a distinguished career in fencing, marked by a series of progressive leadership roles and significant achievements. Since 2024, he has served as the head coach of the men's saber national team for USA Fencing, where he is recognized for his expertise in communicating and analyzing systems. In this capacity, Mr. Ochocki has been instrumental in developing and implementing training frameworks that have contributed to the success of national athletes on the world stage.

Also beginning in 2024, Mr. Ochocki has held the position of assistant coach at Princeton University. His responsibilities include mentoring student-athletes and contributing to the university's fencing program, drawing on his extensive experience to foster both individual and team growth.

In addition to his coaching roles, Mr. Ochocki co-founded Drink Alchemy in 2020, reflecting his entrepreneurial focus on human performance and cognitive optimization. As a key partner in the venture, he contributed his expertise in systems, marketing and business development to help bring the brand to market, supporting its mission to enhance focus, productivity and overall mental performance through functional ingredients.

Since 2013, Mr. Ochocki has owned and operated the Advanced Fencing and Fitness Academy in New Jersey. Under his leadership, the academy has grown to two locations. At AFFA, he ensures that operational systems and processes function seamlessly, oversees marketing initiatives and focuses on coaching staff development. He emphasizes a consistent core framework while allowing coaches flexibility to incorporate their personal approaches, which has contributed to the academy's recognition as one of the top fencing clubs in the United States in 2015.

From 2022 to 2024, Mr. Ochocki served as the head coach of the women's saber national team for USA Fencing. During this period, he led the team at the Paris Olympics, further solidifying his reputation as a leading figure in American fencing. Concurrently, he was an assistant coach at New York University, where he contributed to athlete development and program strategy.

Earlier, between 2017 and 2019, Mr. Ochocki was an assistant fencing coach at the University of Notre Dame. His tenure was marked by exceptional success; he guided the team to consecutive national championships in his first two seasons and mentored athletes who achieved national titles. Notably, one of his students became an individual world champion in 2023.

In 2012, Mr. Ochocki began his tenure as an assistant men's fencing coach at Stevens Institute of Technology, where he played a key role in shaping competitive teams and supporting athlete progression across five years. His professional journey began with a community relations internship with the Kansas City Chiefs in 2012, providing him with foundational experience in organizational operations and public engagement.

Throughout his career, Mr. Ochocki has been actively involved with industry organizations such as USA Fencing and is a member of the United States Fencing Coaches Association.

Mr. Ochocki's academic background includes earning a Bachelor of Science degree in recreation, park and tourism management with a minor in business from Pennsylvania State University in 2012. His collegiate experience was shaped by a fencing scholarship that enabled him to compete at high levels while pursuing his studies. As a first-generation American whose parents immigrated from Poland, he navigated higher education independently and developed resilience that would later define his professional path.

Mr. Ochocki's introduction to fencing began at age 9 when curiosity led him from karate classes into a neighboring fencing club, a decision that sparked a lifelong passion for the sport. As an athlete, he represented the United States on national teams at under-17, under-20 and senior levels before injuries necessitated four knee surgeries and one foot surgery. These challenges prompted him to transition from competition to coaching, where he found renewed purpose in sharing his knowledge with others.

Among Mr. Ochocki's most notable accomplishments is serving as head coach for both men's and women's Olympic teams, an achievement he regards as the pinnacle of his career, especially as one of the youngest individuals ever appointed to such roles. Although injuries prevented him from competing as an Olympian himself, he dedicated himself fully to coaching aspiring athletes at the highest level.

Mr. Ochocki's contributions have been recognized through several honors, including his induction into the Arthur L. Johnson High School Hall of Fame in 2025 and being voted Ivy League Men's Coach of the Year. He also helped lead AFFA to recognition as one of America's top fencing clubs in 2015 and received the Most Outstanding Athlete of the Year award from his high school booster club athletics department.

Outside of his professional commitments, Mr. Ochocki values time spent with his daughter and family. He enjoys traveling with his wife, follows sports — particularly football — and pursues interests in systems development, marketing and sales funnels.

Looking ahead, Mr. Ochocki aims to lead his team to Olympic gold on home soil, expand AFFA by opening additional locations and explore franchising opportunities within fencing. He also seeks to collaborate on the development of a professional league and to serve in advisory roles within the sport. He remains committed to growing fencing, increasing youth participation and promoting athletic involvement as a means of developing essential life skills in an evolving technological landscape.
