This accomplishment stands among her proudest, reflecting her commitment to advancing global health initiatives during a critical period.

Ms. Gardner's earlier tenure at Pfizer included roles as a Senior Instrumentation Engineer and Project Supervisor from 2019 to 2021, preceded by Instrumentation Engineering Project Supervisor from 2018 to 2019. As a Logistics Officer, she developed skills in operational planning and team leadership that would later inform her approach to corporate compliance and supply chain risk management.

Ms. Gardner began her professional journey as an NREIP intern with the American Society for Engineering Education in 2012.

In addition to her corporate responsibilities, Ms. Gardner consults in the compliance sector, helping businesses identify audit systems tailored to their needs. She leverages her extensive experience in scoping user requirements and facilitating transitions to new compliance systems.
