As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Ms. Toth currently serves as the senior director of product management at First Advantage, a role she has held since 2024. In this capacity, she works remotely and leads a team of nine product managers who report directly to her. Ms. Toth is responsible for coaching and guiding her team, providing direction when questions arise or when clarity is needed on complex projects. Her leadership extends to strategy planning and the development of comprehensive roadmaps, with a particular focus on planning for 2026. She determines priorities and sequencing for her team's initiatives, balancing business objectives, operational requirements and overarching product goals. Ms. Toth ensures that her team consistently meets the organization's performance expectations.

Prior to her current position, Ms. Toth was assistant vice president of product management at Sterling from 2019 to 2024. In this role, she played a pivotal part in shaping the company's product vision and execution, leveraging her expertise in strategy and product management to drive innovation and operational excellence.

From 2018 to 2019, Ms. Toth served as assistant vice president of global fulfillment solutions at Sterling. During this period, she oversaw international operations and was instrumental in optimizing global processes to enhance service delivery across multiple regions.

Between 2017 and 2018, Ms. Toth held the position of assistant vice president of M&A client integrations at Sterling. She managed the integration of newly acquired clients into the company's systems, ensuring seamless transitions and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.

Ms. Toth began her long-standing tenure with Sterling in 1993 in operations, and rose through the ranks to an assistant vice president, a position she held until 2017. A remarkable commitment to continuous learning and personal growth marks her professional journey. Among her most notable achievements is returning to higher education after many years away from an academic environment. While maintaining a full-time career and fulfilling her responsibilities as a wife and mother, Ms. Toth pursued her bachelor's degree over four years, completing twenty classes and earning top marks in each course.

Ms. Toth's educational background laid the foundation for her distinguished career. She earned a Bachelor of Technical and Applied Studies from Kent State University in Kent in 2022. She also completed criminal justice coursework at Kent State University in 1991. Initially aspiring to become a police officer, Ms. Toth prepared for civil service examinations and was close to joining the Cleveland police force when she learned she was expecting her first child. Encouraged by her husband to consider alternative career paths, she accepted a position at First Advantage, then known as Sterling, a company specializing in background screening services. This opportunity allowed her to apply her knowledge of criminal justice while contributing to an emerging industry.

In addition to her professional responsibilities, Ms. Toth is committed to civic engagement and mentorship. Since 2024, she has served as a mentor with College Now Greater Cleveland, supporting students as they navigate their educational and career journeys.

Born in Mayfield Heights, Ms. Toth enjoys reading, spending time with family, following sports, and hiking in her leisure time. Looking ahead, she intends to continue mentoring through her workplace's program as part of her dedication to giving back to others. She also seeks to deepen her understanding of artificial intelligence, given its growing significance in her field and the organization's strategic direction following its recent acquisition by First Advantage. Ms. Toth remains focused on mastering new systems and processes introduced by the company's transition while aspiring to build a lasting legacy through comprehensive organizational knowledge.
