Notably, he is most proud of growing the services team at Robotiq. When he joined, only he and a handful of others managed the majority of service work. Under his guidance and collaboration with colleagues, the team expanded to approximately 10 members, transforming services into one of Robotiq's primary offerings. This high-capacity team now handles a significant volume of work.

In addition to his primary role, Mr. Kaszei has served as an application solution engineer at Robotiq since 2023. In this role, he contributes to the development and implementation of advanced automation solutions, further solidifying his reputation for technical excellence and leadership within the organization. For the preceding three years, he held a similar position at Electro-Matic Products Inc. in Solon, Ohio.

In 2019, Mr. Kaszei worked as a technical recruiter and personal consultant at Search Masters Inc. in Independence, Ohio. There, he leveraged his industry knowledge to identify and place top engineering talent, supporting both clients and candidates in achieving their professional objectives. He also held the position of automation supervisor at Ventra Salem LLC from 2018 to 2019 and gained hands-on experience as a robotic painter at Héroux-Devtek the same year.

From 2017 to 2018, Mr. Kaszei contributed as an automation engineer at Applied Manufacturing Technologies after serving as an engineering intern at Anchor Manufacturing Group Inc. in 2015. He began his professional career working as a service and utility assistant at Cardinal Machine Co. in 2013 and 2014.

Mr. Kaszei's academic background includes earning a Bachelor's Degree in manufacturing technology from Ohio Northern University in 2017. Beyond his education, he attributes much of his success to the influence of his parents. His mother instilled in him a strong work ethic rooted in practicality and perseverance, while his father provided lifelong instruction on doing things the right way and the importance of owning your work. Both of these influences shaped Mr. Kaszei's approach to problem-solving and leadership.

Looking ahead, Mr. Kaszei continues to set ambitious goals for his future. He aims to find a place to settle down with his wife while exploring new locations together. Professionally, he is committed to further expanding his team at Robotiq or building new teams within the automation industry should new opportunities arise. Additionally, he is interested in assuming a leadership role that involves mentoring students from grade school through high school within STEM fields related to automation.
