He oversaw large-scale logistics, coordinated multidisciplinary teams, and ensured successful project delivery on a high-profile hospitality project. From 2019 to 2021, he was a Project Manager at Brasfield & Gorrie LLC, where he led the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes for thyssenkrupp's North American Test Facility in Cobb County, managing complex systems integration and field execution.

Earlier in his career, Mr. German served as a Development Associate at Dewberry Capital in Charleston, South Carolina, where he contributed to the early phases of The Dewberry Hotel project. During a critical stage of construction, the development team assumed responsibility for portions of the work under the existing permit structure, coordinating subcontractors directly to maintain project momentum. The project's ultimate recognition as one of the top hotels globally reflects the team's ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver an exceptional product—an accomplishment that holds particular personal significance to Mr. German, as the hotel bears his late grandfather's name.

Mr. German began his career with Tishman Speyer in Georgia, where he advanced from an internship role to Project Coordinator and Assistant Project Manager between 2013 and 2015. His early exposure to large-scale development projects provided a strong foundation in real estate and construction management.

He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Citadel in 2013, where he was recognized on the Dean's List and received Gold Star honors for academic excellence. He was also named to the Southern Conference Fall Academic All-Conference Team. While at The Citadel, he served as Athletic Cadre Commander and was a four-year member of the collegiate football program.

Mr. German holds a general contractor's license through the Georgia Secretary of State. He credits his success to discipline, diligence, and faith—values rooted in a family legacy shaped by his uncle, John Dewberry, and his late grandfather, Gary Dewberry, and further forged during his time at The Citadel. As an Atlanta native, he takes particular pride in contributing to the city's growth, viewing his work as both a professional responsibility and a continuation of that legacy. Outside of his professional endeavors, Mr. German enjoys coaching youth sports, playing golf, and participating in CrossFit. He is also actively engaged in family life and considers his three young children to be his greatest source of pride.
