Under his leadership, Lee Marketing Group has grown to encompass four distinct business entities: Lee Apparel, Sign Source, Sign Essentials and R and B Sports Media. Mr. Lee maintains direct responsibility for the day-to-day management of Lee Apparel, a screen printing and embroidery business inspired by his father's longstanding career in the textile and apparel industry. He also provides executive oversight and strategic decision-making for the sign businesses, which operate from the same facility, while partners Josh Brewer with Sign Source and Brett Pritchard with R and B Sports Media manage their daily affairs.

A significant portion of Mr. Lee's professional focus is dedicated to sports media through R and B Sports Media. Since 2007, he has served as owner and color commentator for the AHSAA Radio Network in Alexander City, Alabama, where he manages and produces content for the Alabama High School Athletic Association. His responsibilities include developing social media communications, public relations initiatives and statewide recognition programs such as player spotlights and "players of the week." Mr. Lee identifies outstanding student-athletes across Alabama and ensures their achievements are highlighted through various media channels.

Since 2006, Mr. Lee has contributed as host and producer of Sportz Blitz/Auburn Blitz in Alexander City and Auburn, Alabama. This sports show airs on podcasts, television and radio throughout the state, allowing him to amplify stories from Alabama's athletic community. Additionally, he is the owner of Sign Source and Sign Essentials—ventures that have expanded his influence in the signage industry since 2010.

Throughout his career, Mr. Lee has found particular fulfillment in his 19-year partnership with the Alabama High School Athletic Association. This collaboration stands as a hallmark achievement, marked by significant advancements in content development and broadcast execution for championship and all-star events across the state. He takes pride in the sustained success of his enterprises, which have remained viable for more than two decades.

Mr. Lee's academic foundation was laid at Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama, where he earned a bachelor's degree in international business with concentrations in marketing and Spanish in 2000. The skills acquired during his studies have been instrumental in shaping his approach to business management and communication across diverse markets. He credits much of his professional success to mentors, coaches and teachers who influenced his early development—particularly those who fostered his passion for athletics during his years as a three-sport athlete. Their guidance instilled in him a competitive spirit and strong work ethic that continues to drive his achievements.

Civic engagement is central to Mr. Lee's life. He currently serves on the board of directors of the Auburn Chamber of Commerce and has acted as a diplomat for the organization in 2024. Previously, he served as president of the Alexander City Chamber of Commerce and its executive board from 2014 to 2018. His commitment to workforce development is reflected in his service as Region 5 Local Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act board member with AlabamaWorks! from 2022 to 2025. Mr. Lee is also an active member of First Baptist Church of Opelika.

His professional excellence has been recognized through several honors: Small Business of the Year Finalist by the Business Council of Alabama (awarded to Lee Marketing Group in 2017); Alexander City Chamber of Commerce Business Person of the Year in 2013; and recipient of the Alabama High School Athletic Association Media Award in 2013.

Born in Tifton, Georgia, Mr. Lee moved to Alexander City at age two and later graduated from Benjamin Russell High School. Alongside his wife Ginger—a pharmacist at East Alabama Medical Center—he is deeply involved in coaching their two children across multiple sports, reflecting a shared commitment to youth athletic development. The family enjoys spending time at their residence on Lake Martin.

Looking ahead, Mr. Lee aims to continue expanding each business entity under his leadership with an emphasis on growth across all ventures.
