In the span of her career as an educator, Dr. Greenfield has led department operations, provided career counseling and job placement to representing organizations at the United Nations, serving as a chaplain and spiritual advisor, conducting STEM education training, providing educational leadership within churches and developing coaching ecosystems for women's empowerment. Additionally, Dr. Greenfield has established specialized education programs for special populations, demonstrating her dedication to inclusive education.

Before her tenure in New York City, Dr. Greenfield excelled in education in her home country of Jamaica. She spent over a decade as a career counselor and job placement specialist at a vocational high school. In this role, she guided students toward meaningful employment opportunities and further education, laying the groundwork for lifelong success. Dr. Greenfield's earlier positions in Jamaica included serving as an assistant principal and head of department, where she oversaw academic leadership and curriculum development. She began her professional journey as a classroom teacher, where she cultivated her passion for teaching and inspired countless students through her dedication to excellence.

Dr. Greenfield's academic background is both extensive and diverse. Her undergraduate studies include a bachelor's degree in management studies and accounting and a teaching Diploma in secondary education, followed by a master's degree in general and special education (k-6) from Touro College and a master's degree in science education from Walden University. Furthermore, Dr. Greenfield acquired a postgraduate degree in transformational leadership from Concordia University, a master's degree in diplomacy from (CICA) Canadian International Chaplaincy Association University, A Level 7 in Strategic Leadership from City & Guilds, and a Doctor of Education in education and leadership. In addition to her formal education, her professional credentials include a diploma from the Senior Pastoral Council and advanced chaplaincy training from the Canadian Institute of International Chaplaincy Association (CICA).

Beyond her professional roles, Dr. Greenfield is deeply involved with civic organizations and community initiatives. She is the founder of Light Your Path Inc., serves as a peace ambassador and Main Representative for Canadian International Chaplaincy Association to the United Nations in New York, and as an ambassador for Women Helping Women. She also founded and facilitates a book club that fosters intellectual growth among its members.

Throughout her career, Dr. Greenfield has been recognized for her profound impact on individuals' lives, an achievement she values above all formal accolades or degrees. Dr. Greenfield's contributions have been recognized with numerous honors, including the Presidential Lifetime and Gold Awards for Nonprofit Work, the Councilman Award for Outstanding Teacher from the Brownsville District, New York City, and the Queen Mother Honor and Recognition, Award for Leadership at the Education Team Conference.

She was also recognized with membership Leadership Badge from City & Guilds. Dr. Greenfield attributes her success to unwavering consistency and an abiding sense of purpose rooted in faith. Raised in a small Jamaican town by loving parents who instilled strong values despite limited material resources, she was inspired to pursue education as both a profession and a calling.

Currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in strategic leadership and global sustainability, Dr. Greenfield envisions dedicating herself more fully to global initiatives by developing coaching systems that empower women across faith-based, corporate and international environments. She also aims to address the critical shortage of special educators worldwide by establishing a school dedicated to training professionals who can better serve special populations through targeted workshops and educational programs.
