Prior to his current position, Mr. Ganz was the Chief Security Officer at Primo Brands in Tampa, Florida, from 2025 to 2026 after a three-year tenure as senior director at Home Depot in Atlanta, Georgia. During this period, he was responsible for overseeing large-scale business operations and implementing initiatives that improved efficiency and asset protection across multiple locations.

Before being promoted to this position, Mr. Ganz served in several other roles at Home Depot from 2008 to 2021, including a two-year tenure as a district manager in New Jersey, where he managed the company's most challenging district. He was also a district manager in Little Rock, Arkansas, where he led teams through operational challenges and mentored numerous associates who advanced into leadership roles under his guidance. His earlier roles include store manager, senior manager of business operations and regional manager.

Before joining Home Depot's leadership team, Mr. Ganz was regional manager at Anchor Blue Retail Group from 2007 to 2008, served as district manager at Old Navy for the preceding year and was a group manager at Target from 2003 to 2006. His professional journey began in law enforcement as a police officer in Pembroke Pines, Florida, from 1991 to 1996, before becoming an instructor police officer in Carrollton, Texas, from 1997 to 2003.

Mr. Ganz is committed to continuous learning in business. After an injury prompted his transition from law enforcement to the private sector, he faced the challenge of proving that his background could translate into success. Aware that he lacked a traditional retail upbringing, he compensated by working harder and embracing a growth mindset.
