He began his professional journey as an Audit Supervisor at Deloitte & Touche from 1986 to 1990, where he honed his skills in public accounting before transitioning into the health care sector.

Throughout his career, Mr. Barkley has been recognized for his achievements and leadership within the Financial and Risk Adjustment industries. He is a member of customer advisory boards for both Optum and Edifecs, contributing his insights to advance best practices in health care data management and risk adjustment methodologies.
