Since 2019, Mr. Canoe has also served as a small business consultant with Diamond Standard Capital, where he provides strategic guidance to clients navigating growth and operational challenges. Overlapping with his tenure, held the position of vice president at Nile River Capital from 2017 to 2023 and was president ofContractor Growth Capital for the preceding three years.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Canoe was the chief executive officer ofBoring and Directional Drilling Professionals from 2014 to 2018 and served as project manager at Urban Advisors LLC from 2012 to 2015. He began his professional journey as a project coordinator at Altgen LLC for two years, gaining foundational experience in project management and organizational operations.

Born in Beaufort and raised on an Indian reservation immersed in tribal traditions, he draws inspiration from his ancestors-his grandfather founded a federal credit union in the 1960s while also operating a store and construction company dedicated to uplifting their community, and his paternal grandfather was a World War II veteran committed to service. Mr. Caone's grandmother Ada Magwood practiced traditional Native American arts as a spiritualist, and his ninth-generation grandfather WarChief A'tenatenatenato founded Round 0. These influences have shaped Mr. Canoes understanding that true success lies not in titles or wealth but in serving others with integrity.

A pivotal moment in Mr. Canoe's life occurred when he survived a suicide attempt after facing significant personal and financial adversity-including losing a company that was $500,000 in debt and later confronting $2.5 million in liabilities. These experiences brought him closer to GOD and prompted deep reflection on his values and purpose. He credits divine intervention for saving him during his darkest hour and guiding him toward a path of serviceparticularly helping entrepreneurs bridge the gap between startup ventures and sustainable enterprises.

Mr. Caone's achievements have been recognized with several honors, including the State Star of South Carolina Award in 2023 for outstanding contributions to economic development and being named Top Business Consultant that same year. Among his proudest accomplishments is witnessing total strangers dedicate over 100 hours to his course-out of 17 participants, only two knew him beforehand-demonstrating their trust in his vision for intentional business growth. In his personal life, Mr. Canoe is married to a nurse practitioner specializing in rural and Native American health care whose insights have enriched his consulting work with health care clients over the past decade. He was abused sexually as a child and has a passion for breaking this curse in our society.
