Mr. Vyas' professional journey also includes two tenures as a mechanical engineering intern at VIVO in Goodfield, Illinois, from 2022 to 2023 and again in 2024, both of which deepened his understanding of mechanical systems and practical engineering applications while he developed ergonomic workplace products.

Also utilizing his knowledge within the academic realm, Mr. Vyas was a laboratory teaching assistant at Bradley University: Caterpillar College of Engineering and Technology in Peoria, Illinois, from 2023 to 2024, during which he supported academic instruction and mentored students.

Mr. Vyas' early career featured a summer research internship at Bradley University in 2023 and a business operations intern spring co-op at Caterpillar Inc., also in Peoria, where he gained valuable early experience in technical sales and business operations. He additionally held the position of co-manager at Bradley from 2022 to 2024, during which he maintained and repaired 3D printers while ensuring his team operated smoothly.

From 2021 to 2023, Mr. Vyas was a supplemental instructor leader at Bradley University, guiding students through challenging coursework in physics and calculus courses. He also worked as a makerspace summer intern worker in 2022 and maker space employee from 2021 to 2022, gaining hands-on experience with fabrication technologies.

Alongside his primary roles in engineering and teaching, Mr. Vyas has demonstrated a remarkable capacity for innovation, securing patents for a desk leg clamp-on-shelf in 2023 as well as an overhead clamp-on-shelf and swivel couch desk in 2022.

Hailing from an equally impressive academic background, Mr. Vyas earned a Master of Science in mechanical engineering from Northwestern University in 2025 after completing a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering at Bradley University in 2024. To augment his scholastic knowledge, he was certified by the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying in 2024.

His achievements have seen him recognized through several honors, including being named a finalist at South by Southwest in 2026 and a nominee for Chicago Business Journal's 25 Under 25.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Vyas is also known for his civic engagement and community service. He served as both president and state officer of SkillsUSA Illinois Inc. from 2018 to 2022, during which he spoke with diverse audiences about the benefits of pursuing a career in technical education. Additionally, he delivered cards and flowers to patients at Northwestern Medicine from 2018 to 2020, volunteered with BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha from 2016 to 2020 and with the Geneva Public Library District from 2015 to 2020.

Fluent in English, Gujarati, Hindi, Sanskrit and Spanish, Mr. Vyas values cross-cultural communication as a key asset both personally and professionally. In his personal life, he enjoys hobbies such as playing the piano, reading and video gaming as a balance to his work endeavors.
