He previously served as a data and AI sales leader for the organization in Lake Barrington from 2021 to 2024. Earlier, Mr. Chindada held the title of data management leader at Cognizant in Rolling Meadows, Illinois, between 2016 and 2020. He oversaw large-scale data management projects that contributed to operational efficiencies for clients in healthcare, retail, consumer goods, travel and hospitality.

During his tenure at Cognizant, Mr. Chindada achieved a significant milestone by driving business revenue from $38 million to $64 million. This exceptional 100% growth was accomplished despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. He capitalized on the evolving landscape of the travel and hospitality sectors, securing major deals with prominent companies, including IHG, American Airlines, MGM Resorts, Avis Budget Group, Travel and Leisure, and Carnival Cruise Line to name a few. The deals Mr. Chindada managed ranged from $1 million to $20 million, underscoring his effectiveness in generating substantial business growth.

First joining the services and consulting company in 2012, Mr. Chindada excelled as a master data management practice lead for health care. He spent two years directing teams responsible for implementing master data management solutions tailored to health care organizations. He then worked as an applications manager at Medline Industries Inc. in Mundelein, Illinois, where he managed application development initiatives supporting business operations before returning to Cognizant in 2016. Earlier in his career, Mr. Chindada garnered expertise as a delivery manager and data architect at NTT Data in Montpelier, Vermont, from 2010 to 2012.

Mr. Chindada's career began in India as a senior manager in technology services before relocating to the United States in December 2006 after working across Japan and Canada. Over more than two decades, he has advanced through roles encompassing data architecture, business development and practice leadership across diverse sectors, including health care, retail, consumer goods, travel and hospitality. Mr. Chindada's progression into sales leadership followed extensive experience in delivery and project management, culminating in global oversight of data and AI initiatives.

Mr. Chindada is highly educated, having earned a Bachelor of Engineering in electronics from Osmania University in 2002 and an Executive Master of Business Administration from Northern Illinois University in 2001. His education has been instrumental in shaping his analytical approach and strategic thinking throughout his career. Further enhancing his expertise, Mr. Chindada received several professional credentials, such as Innovation at Work from the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Educational Activities, certification as a professional scrum master one from Scrum.org, and foundational level cloud lakehouse data management certification from Informatica and partner sales enablement from TIBCO EBX.

Active in his professional community, Mr. Chindada is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, which provides him with opportunities to stay abreast of technological advancements and contribute to industry standards. As an expert in his field, he was a lead architect in developing a trade marked "true provider" health care provider data management solution, reflecting his commitment to innovation in the field.
