In 2015, Mr. Lynn also served as the area general manager for Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc., where he was responsible for overseeing multiple properties and ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction and operational performance. From 2008 to 2015, he held the position of general manager at Hilton San Diego Bayfront in San Diego. Under his leadership, the property achieved notable success, culminating in his recognition as Sunstone Hotel Investors General Manager of the Year in 2012.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Lynn was general manager at Palmer House, a Hilton Hotel from 1995 to 2008. His stewardship contributed to the hotel's reputation for excellence and its continued prominence within the hospitality industry.

Mr. Lynn's journey in hospitality began at the Washington Hilton, where he worked at the mail and information desk. Through a series of transfers and promotions, he advanced to department head roles, including director of the front office in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. He later moved westward, holding various department head positions before becoming a first-time general manager in Seattle.

Throughout his career, Mr. Lynn has been recognized for his expertise in hotel sector operations and travel and tourism.
