EUBANK, KY, May 12, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Elsa Brown has been featured on the Marquis Masters Podcast. The podcast celebrates leaders and innovators who have shaped industries and inspired generations. Each episode features an intimate conversation with a Marquis honoree, uncovering the personal stories behind their professional success. The show reveals what it truly takes to lead with purpose, resilience, and authenticity.

Business leader and philanthropist Elsa Brown, owner and president of Bontech Corporation, recently joined host Nick Franck on the Marquis Masters podcast to share her remarkable journey from Guatemala to becoming an internationally recognized entrepreneur, author, and humanitarian. In the wide-ranging conversation, Ms. Brown reflected on the experiences that shaped her passion for business and finance, the pivotal auction purchase that launched Bontech Corporation, and the faith-driven mission that continues to guide both her professional and philanthropic endeavors.

Ms. Brown explained that her inspiration for pursuing business came at an early age while watching her aunt successfully operate a farm and small business in Guatemala despite limited formal education. That example instilled in her a deep respect for hard work, financial knowledge, and entrepreneurship. Today, Bontech Corporation is recognized as a leader in the autoclave industry, serving sectors including medical waste treatment, composite manufacturing, and rubber vulcanizing. Ms. Brown recounted the defining moment that sparked the company's success: purchasing three industrial autoclaves at auction for just $1,500 despite having no prior experience with the equipment. Within weeks, one of the autoclaves sold for $45,000, leading Ms. Brown to pivot her business entirely toward the autoclave market. Under her leadership, Bontech rapidly became one of the largest dealers of used autoclaves before expanding into manufacturing and international markets.

Throughout the interview, Ms. Brown emphasized the importance of fairness, intentional growth, and global vision in business. She discussed Bontech's expansion into international markets beginning in the 1980s and shared how travel and cross-cultural relationships transformed both her business strategy and personal perspective. Her experiences in China, in particular, deeply influenced her understanding of relationship-based business practices and long-term trust. Ms. Brown noted that Bontech now conducts significant business overseas, with growing focus on regions such as Latin America and Africa where demand for autoclaves continues to rise.

In addition to her business accomplishments, Ms. Brown spoke passionately about her philanthropic work through the Somerset Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting underserved communities through education, healthcare, and outreach initiatives. The foundation operates programs in Guatemala, Romania, the Dominican Republic, and the United States, helping children gain access to education and medical care. Ms. Brown described how years of humanitarian work taught her that education is the most effective path out of poverty, leading the foundation to focus heavily on scholarships, school access, and youth development. She also highlighted annual medical missions to Guatemala that provide free healthcare, medicine, and treatment to thousands of individuals each day.

Faith emerged as a central theme throughout the discussion, with Ms. Brown sharing how her Christian beliefs have shaped her leadership philosophy, charitable work, and personal outlook. She reflected on the importance of gratitude, service to others, and using success as a platform to create opportunities for those in need. Ms. Brown also discussed her love of travel, her experiences living abroad, and her work as an author, including her books "Living to Love and Learn" and "Embracing the Heart of a Nation," which explores her experiences and relationships in China.

When asked what lesson has mattered most throughout her life and career, Ms. Brown pointed to the importance of helping others. "By helping others, you grow," she said during the interview. "You realize how blessed you are."
