In 2024, Ms. Dowden founded Relevant Reach under Dowden Consulting in Indiana, focusing on software development and innovative business solutions. This venture builds upon her prior experience as owner and founder of Dowden Consulting from 2015 to 2025. During this period, she established herself as a prominent figure in consulting, growing her business to serve 25 clients and securing her own office space. A significant milestone was her collaboration with Greg Foer, whose investment and belief in her potential propelled the firm's growth. This partnership marked a turning point as Ms. Dowden navigated new challenges in operations and legal matters, transitioning into a chief executive officer-level leadership role within the corporate sector.

Ms. Dowden's entrepreneurial spirit also led her to establish Beyond Outdoors in 2023, where she served as founder and outdoor enthusiast until 2024. Earlier in her career, Ms. Dowden served as the president and chief executive officer of ANH Media Inc. from 2007 to 2014, overseeing media production and strategic communications.
