Mr. Escobar's career foundation is deeply rooted in Escobar Bros Custom Tailors, where he served as general manager and lead tailor from 2011 to 2022. During this period, he managed daily operations, led tailoring projects and supported the ongoing growth of the business founded by his father nearly four decades ago. The shop serves clients through both its storefront and online platform, offering custom suiting and alterations for men and women.

Additionally, Mr. Escobar managed Escobar Residential Rental Properties in Pleasant Hill from 2015 to 2022, overseeing property operations and tenant relations. He also gained experience as a property administrator shadow at Brickman in the San Francisco Bay Area from 2021 to 2022.

Mr. Escobar's academic background includes earning two Bachelor of Science degrees from Lam Family College of Business and a Minor from the College of Ethnic Studies at San Francisco State University in 2019: one in business administration and management, and another in international business, and a minor in race and resistance. He further enhanced his analytical capabilities by completing coursework in data analytics through the COOP Careers Fellowship in 2022.

The roots of Mr. Escobar's career trace back to a fourth-generation family tradition in tailoring that began with his grandfather Felipe in Bolivia.
