In his current role, Mr. Chapman is most proud of guiding leaders through significant organizational transformation. He cites his work with a 25-year-old company of approximately 300 employees that previously lacked formal leadership or structure. Over the course of eighteen months, he supported the organization in building a leadership team, clarifying its purpose and values, becoming more strategic, and addressing internal dysfunction.

Before joining The Table Group in 2023, Mr. Chapman was a master facilitator for Working Genius from 2022 to 2023. In this capacity, he led workshops and facilitated learning experiences designed to help teams identify strengths and improve collaboration.

From 2020 to 2023, Mr. Chapman served as the lead organizational effectiveness consultant at Allstate. There, he played a pivotal role in enhancing organizational performance by advising on strategy development and team dynamics.

His tenure at Walmart began in 2016 as manager of talent architecture before advancing to senior manager from 2018 to 2020. During these years, Mr. Chapman contributed to designing talent strategies that supported the company's growth and operational excellence.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Chapman owned and operated an American National insurance agency from 2014 to 2016. This entrepreneurial experience provided him with firsthand insight into business operations and client relationship management.

Mr. Chapman's academic background has been instrumental in shaping his professional journey. He earned an Executive Master of Business Administration in organizational leadership from the Quantic School of Business and Technology, graduating in 2023. He also holds a Master of Arts in intercultural, multicultural, and diversity studies from Gateway Seminary, which he completed in 2014. His foundational studies culminated with a Bachelor of Arts in biblical studies from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, in 2011.

He attributes his success to the many mentors and friends who invested time and wisdom into his life, offering honest feedback that fostered personal and professional growth.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Chapman has demonstrated a strong commitment to civic engagement and service. He served as a foster parent through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services from 2013 to 2017 and has been involved with organizations such as Children of Arkansas Love for a Lifetime, Family Legacy, and One Acre Fund. He also dedicates time to pro bono work supporting various causes.

Born in Fort Smith, Mr. Chapman enjoys mountain biking, roasting his own coffee and reading during his personal time. He is married and is the parent of three biological children and three adopted children.
