Those formative years provided broad exposure to club operations, member relations, food and beverage management, staffing and financial oversight during a period of significant change within the industry.

From 2000 to 2003, he served as General Manager and Chief Operating Officer of a private club in the Houston metropolitan area, where he was involved in operational restructuring and financial stabilization efforts. The experience further shaped his reputation as an operator focused on long-term sustainability rather than short-term optics.

In 2003, Anastasiadis joined Raleigh Country Club in Raleigh, North Carolina, at a pivotal moment for the organization. Tasked with managing a financially distressed club property, the club transitioned to McConnell Golf, and he became part of the leadership team that helped reposition the business for long-term growth under the ownership of entrepreneur John McConnell. Over the following two and a half decades, the company expanded across multiple states, growing into a significant presence within the private club industry while maintaining a privately held ownership structure and long-term operating philosophy.

Today, Anastasiadis oversees a broad range of responsibilities across the organization, including operational strategy, financial oversight, capital projects, membership structure and organizational leadership.
