Today, Mr. Ogg serves as Director of Operations at Reynolds Restoration Group, a Stone Mountain, Georgia firm that handles property restoration, resurfacing, and renewal across the Atlanta region. He runs daily dispatch and field operations, oversees job execution and quality control, and works closely with customers to keep complex remediation projects on track. His tenure at Reynolds Restoration Group has been defined as much by the major contracts he has helped secure as by the operational rhythm he has built behind them. He stepped into the operations role in 2026 after nearly a year leading sales and marketing for the company.

His path to Reynolds Restoration Group was shaped by progressively senior roles in property management and B2B sales. At Sabra Property Management, he served as area manager and then senior area manager, where he led teams and managed sizable property portfolios. Earlier, he was a territory sales manager at Heartland Food Products Group and a regional account manager at Royal Cup Inc., where his performance earned him the company's Salesperson of the Year award. Roles at Kennedy Building Management, DMS Technology Inc., PEM Real Estate Group, and Abbey Residential, and the Mayo Group — where he began his career as a property manager — round out a foundation that spans finance, real estate, and account management.

That breadth is rooted in a deliberate academic background. Mr. Ogg holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and business management from California State University, East Bay (1997), and a master's degree in the same field from the University of California, Berkeley (2013). He also earned a paralegal certification in business and real estate law from the University of Washington in 2012 — training that has proved especially useful in the contract-heavy work of restoration and property operations. He is an active member of the Atlanta Apartment Association, the Atlanta Association of Legal Administrators, and the International Facilities Management Association.

Music has run alongside it all. Mr. Ogg began studying piano as a child and, with his mother's encouragement, went on to take up the flute, violin, and harp. He contributed to the Georgia Philharmonic as assistant concertmaster from 2014 to 2017, and in 2016 he founded and became chief executive officer of BellaNota Strings, an Atlanta ensemble that specializes in live music entertainment for events of every scale. BellaNota Strings has given him a way to apply his business judgment to an art form he has loved since childhood.

His musical life has been deeply tied to worship. Mr. Ogg served as orchestra director at The Church on Main from 2020 to 2025, and concurrently as interim choir director there from 2022 to 2023. Since 2025, he has been director of music and congregational worship at Lawrenceville First Baptist Church, where he is focused on rebuilding momentum, engaging multi-generational levels of worship, and community engagement following a recent season of difficulty within the congregation. He also contributes to Jubal Ministries Inc. and Georgia Baptist Worship Ministry, and continues to sing and play violin with church choirs.

Across both halves of his career, Mr. Ogg has been guided by faith-based principles while remaining respectful of differing beliefs outside his ministry work. Looking ahead, he is most focused on continuing to grow the worship ministry at Lawrenceville First Baptist and on deepening the operational excellence he has built at Reynolds Restoration Group.
