Since 2017, he has served as chief executive officer of Blue Marine, a subsidiary of Grupo Industrial Durandco, based in Mexico. Under his leadership, the company has achieved substantial growth, significantly increasing revenues and profitability.

In 2015, he founded Nextia Energy in Houston, Texas, where he continues as president. Through Nextia, he focuses on developing energy and infrastructure opportunities across the Americas while building long-term strategic partnerships. In this capacity, he has advised and supported leading international companies, including Subsea 7, SBM Offshore, Stabbert Maritime, Convera and Sapura Energy, among others.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Pescador served as vice president of business development at Technip (2014–2015), following his tenure as Managing Director and Country Manager for Technip in Mexico (2011–2014). Prior to that, he held leadership roles at Global Industries, including regional director for Latin America and western hemisphere director of projects, while overseeing projects in Dubai and other International locations (2010–2011).

In 2007, he was appointed country manager for Brazil and South America at Global Industries, where he successfully established operations in Brazil and secured major contracts with Petrobras and other key clients—an achievement that remains a defining milestone in his career. From 2002 to 2007, he served as commercial and project director for Global Industries in Mexico. He began his career at ICA FUOR DANIEL S. DE R.L. DE C.V. (1996–2002), advancing from project engineer to project manager.

In addition to his executive roles, Mr. Pescador has contributed to corporate governance as a member of the Board of Grupo Industrial Durandco since 2017 and former member of the Board of Subsea 7 Mexico. He has also supported industry collaboration through his involvement with the CMIC-PEMEX E&P Committee within the Cámara Mexicana de la Industria de la Construcción.

His contributions have been recognized through industry honors, including being named one of the Top 100 Most Influential Leaders in the Energy Sector in Mexico by Petróleo & Energía for several years.

Mr. Pescador holds a Master of Business Administration in international business from Thunderbird School of Global Management (2006). He also completed project management development studies at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (2002) and earned a degree in industrial and systems engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey (1999).

He attributes his success to a career built on both technical and commercial experience, progressing from engineering roles to executive leadership while maintaining a strong understanding of project execution and market dynamics.

Mr. Pescador holds dual citizenship in Mexico and the United States and maintains an active focus on cross-border energy and infrastructure development. He balances his professional commitments with family life.
