From 2021 to 2023, Ms. Rurode worked as a global go-to-market growth consultant, providing independent consulting services focused on market entry strategies and revenue optimization for clients worldwide. Her expertise in this area was honed during her previous positions at First Advantage, where she served as Chief Global Client Officer from 2018 to 2021. In this capacity, she managed the company's global customer base, overseeing operations, product, revenue, sales and ongoing account management for a portfolio valued at approximately $250 million. She was a distinguished member of the executive team that transformed the business which led to a private equity sale from Symphony Technology Group to Silver Lake Partners and then to an IPO. Her responsibilities required her to spend about 75% of her time traveling outside the United States, working directly with clients in over 50 countries. This hands-on approach enabled her to develop a unique perspective on conducting business across cultures. It solidified her status as a citizen of the world with an expansive professional network.

Before becoming Chief Global Client Officer, Ms. Rurode held the roles of Executive Vice President, Global Clients and Strategy, and Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), from 2017 to 2018, and Executive Vice President, Global Clients and Strategy, from 2014 to 2017, at First Advantage. She also contributed as a global marketing strategy consultant in 2014.

Suzie built her global experience—over 20 years of leadership—in The Nielsen Company and the Kantar Group. While at Nielsen, she served as the executive architect of a global integration and consulting practice where she led many of Nielsen's largest global client relationships, working across all continents and a broad spectrum of marketing, consumer and retail strategy challenges. Her experience includes extensive consulting work and on-the-ground execution in over 50 developed and emerging international markets. She was one of the pioneers in developing a global approach and service model for global and multinational clients that is now the standard for multiple information services industries.

Throughout her career, Ms. Rurode has been celebrated for her ability to build cohesive teams that consistently deliver results. She is particularly proud to have been recognized as a "talent magnet" by the chairman of a private equity company within an organization employing approximately 4,000 people.
