Across her career, she has held executive leadership positions spanning revenue, operations, customer success, and business development at organizations including The Boon Group, Inc., HEALTHCAREfirst, DataInfoCom (now AYATA), Zilliant, and Dell. She has consistently delivered stronger performance, improved customer outcomes, and more focused, aligned organizations.
A defining milestone in Mrs. Satterwhite's career was her role as a founding executive at Vignette Corporation during the dot-com era. As senior director of services, she helped scale the business through rapid growth and contributed to its successful initial public offering, an experience that continues to shape her approach to leadership and value creation.
She began her career in technical and leadership roles at Microsoft, Keane, Inc., and Wonderware, building a strong foundation in software and systems that informs her strategic perspective today.
Mrs. Satterwhite holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Dakota. She has further strengthened her executive capabilities through the Vista Equity Partners Pinnacle CEO Program and IBM Global Sales School, where she graduated with distinction.
